يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات وفقاً لمتغيرات التخصص العلمي (علمي - إنساني) ووفقاً لمتغير السكن (مركز المدينة - أقضية ونواحي) وتركز أهمية البحث الحالي على مواطن القوة - لا الضعف - في الشخصية لاستثمارها لصالح جودة حياة الفرد وتنمية المجتمعات، لذلك تراجع الاهتمام بمفاهيم من قبيل المرض النفسي والعوامل المؤدية للاضطراب لصالح مفاهيم من قبيل الرفاهية النفسية والرضا عن الحياة والسعادة والأمل والتفاؤل وجودة الحياة (Quality of life) وغير ذلك من المفاهيم ذات الدلالة الإيجابية التي تعزز من فرص جودة الحياة متجاوزة مجرد الاكتفاء بالعادية والخلو من الأعراض المرضية. أهداف البحث: تستهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى: 1) قياس جودة الحياة لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات/ جامعة البصرة. 2) التعرف على الفروق بين جودة الحياة ومتغير السكن. 3) التعرف على الفروق بين جودة الحياة ومتغير التخصص الدراسي (علمي - أدبي) إجراءات البحث: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في البحث الحالي كونه منهج لا يقتصر على وصف الظاهرة كما في الواقع وإنما يتعداها إلى تحليلها وتفسيرها في ضوء المتغيرات وربطها بالظواهر والمشكلات التي تضمنتها الدراسة الحالية. مجتمع الدراسة: تكون مجتمع الدراسة الحالية من طالبات كلية التربة للبنات / جامعة البصرة وتم اختيار العينة بصورة قصدية من طالبات المرحلة الأولى في قسم الجغرافيا لخصوصية هذا القسم من ناحية مساره العلمي في المواد الدراسية ويقع ضمن الاختصاصات الإنسانية من جهة وكونه يقبل خريجي الفرعين العلمي والأدبي من جهة أخرى، مما يحقق الصفات المطلوبة في العينة. وقد خلص البحث الحالي إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات تمثلت في غياب جودة الحياة لدى الطالبات ولكن بفارق ضئيل عن الوسط الفرضي وهذا دليل على قرب فئة الشباب من الإناث من تحديد مفهوم الجودة وتحسسه وإدراكه، وفهم أبعاده، فضلاً عن عدم وجود فروق بين مستوى جودة الحياة وبحسب متغيرات التخصص العلمي والإنساني ومكان السكن في مركز المدينة أو الأقضية والنواحي وهذا عائد طبيعة التداخل في تركيبة المجتمع العراقي من جهة وانصهار الفروق بين الريف والمدينة وتأثير المناهج الدراسية في شخصيات الطالبات في كلا التخصصين من جهة أخرى.
The current research aims at identifying the quality of life of female students of the College of Education for girls according to the variables of scientific specialization (according to the variable of housing). The focus of the current research is on the strengths - not weakness - of the personality to invest in the quality of life of the individual And the development of societies. Therefore, attention has been paid to concepts such as psychological illness and the factors leading to disorder in favor of concepts such as psychological well-being, satisfaction with life, happiness, hope, optimism, quality of life and other positive concepts that enhance the quality of life opportunities. Research Objectives: The current study aims to: 1) Measuring the quality of life of students of the Faculty of Education for Girls / University of Basrah. 2) Identify differences between quality of life and housing variable. 3) Identify the differences between the quality of life and the variable of study specialization (scientific - literary) Research Procedures The descriptive approach was used in the current research as a method not only to describe the phenomenon as in fact, but also to analyze it and interpret it in the light of the variables and relate them to the phenomena and problems included in the current study. The study population: The society of the study is the current students of the Faculty of Soil for Girls / University of Basrah The sample was deliberately chosen from the students of the first phase in the Department of Geography for the specificity of this section in terms of its scientific track in the subjects of the subject falls within the humanitarian competencies on the one hand and that it accepts graduates of the scientific and literary branches of On the other hand, achieving the required qualities in the sample. The present research concluded that the quality of life of female students was limited by the quality of life, but a small difference from the accepted mean. This is evidence of the proximity of young female students to the definition of quality, perception and understanding of its dimensions, as well as the absence of differences between quality of life and variables This is due to the nature of the overlap in the composition of the Iraqi society on the one hand, and the fusion of the differences between the countryside and the city and the impact of the curriculum in the personalities of students in both disciplines on the other hand.
