وتعد مشكلة ضعف الأداء عند مدرسي مادة التاريخ من المشكلات التي تؤرق المسؤولين في وزارة التربية، وتعيق سير العملية التعليمية والتربوية، فالمدرس يجب أن يؤدي دوراً أساسياً فاعلاً في بناء شخصية المدرس، بما يتمتع به من قيم وأخلاق حميدة، وبما يتحلى به من معارف ومعلومات وبما يتقنه من مهارات، ومهمة التدريس في المرحلة المتوسطة مسؤولية كبيرة تمكن المدرس من أداء دوره على أكمل وجه، وتنفيذ مهماته التعليمية، والقيام بمسؤولياته بفاعلية، لذلك فالمدرس بحاجة إلى عدد من المهارات التعليمية في المجالات المختلفة (المعرفية، والعقلية، والحركية، والوجدانية) ورمت هذه الدراسة إلى: 1. بناء برنامج تدريبي لمدرسي مادة التاريخ. 2. التحقق من فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في اكتساب المهارات التعليمية لمدرسي مادة التاريخ. ومن أجل تحقيق هدفي البحث، وضعت الصفرية الفرضية الآتية: - هناك فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسط درجات عينة البحث في الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي لمصلحة الاختبار البعدي. واختار الباحث عينة من مدرسي مادة في مدينة بغداد مديرية تربية بغداد الرصافة/ 2، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت (35) مدرساً ومدرسة، اخضعوا للبرنامج التدريبي ضمن دورة تدريبية لمدة (3) أشهر، ولغرض معرفة فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي صمم الباحث اختباراً تحصيلياً قبلياً وبعدياً، واستعمل الباحث مجموعة من الوسائل الإحصائية، ومنها: (الاختبار التائي لعينتين مترابطتين، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعادلة سبيرمان براون، ومعادلة صعوبة الفقرات الموضوعية والمقالية، ومعادلة قوة تمييز الفقرات الموضوعية والمقالية) لمعرفة نتائج البحث. وأبرز نتائج البحث تمثلت بـــ: فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في اكتساب المهارات التعليمية لمدرسي مادة التاريخ. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصى الباحث بــ: 1. تضمين البرامج التدريبية للمدرسين في أثناء الخدمة المهارات التعليمية للمساهمة في تطوير دور المدرس. 2. استعمال البرنامج التدريبي المعد في هذا البحث في تدريب مدرسي مادة التاريخ للمرحلة المتوسطة ضمن الدورات التي تقيمها وزارة التربية، وذلك لثبوت فاعليته في اكتساب المهارات التعليمية لمدرسي مادة التاريخ. 3. عمل كتيبات مطبوعة عن المهارات التعليمية، وتوزيعها على المشرفين الاختصاصيين ومدرسي مادة التاريخ للإفادة منها.

In order to achieve the two research objectives, Al-Safriya put forth the following hypothesis: - There is a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the mean scores of the research sample in the tribal and remote tests for the benefit of the post-test. The researcher selected a sample of material teachers in the city of Baghdad Directorate of Education Rusafa 2/ A random sample was selected (35) teachers and schools, were subjected to the training program within a training course for (3) months, and for the purpose of knowledge of the effectiveness of the training program, And the researcher used a number of statistical methods, including: (the test of the two interrelated samples, Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman Brown equation, and the equation of the difficulty of the substantive and transitional paragraphs, The main results of the research were: The effectiveness of the training program in acquiring educational skills for teachers of history. In light of the research results, the researcher recommended: 1- Include training programs for teachers in-service educational skills to contribute to the development of the role of the teacher. 2- The use of the training program prepared in this research in the training of history teachers for the intermediate stage within the courses established by the Ministry of Education in order to prove its effectiveness in acquiring the educational skills of teachers of history. 3- Make printed booklets on educational skills, and distribute them to supervisors, specialists and history teachers to benefit from them.
