هدفت الدراسة إلى أساليب التعامل مع المشكلات والضغوط الدراسية التي تواجه طالبات الماجستير الموازي في كليات بريدة والقصيم الأهلية. منهج الدراسة: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في التعرف على ظاهرة المشكلات والضغوط الدراسية لدى طالبات الماجستير الموازي في كليتي بريدة والقصيم الأهلية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ووضعها في إطارها الصحيح، وتفسير جميع الظروف المحيطة بها. نتائج الدراسة: توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج والتوصيات من أهمها ما يلي: - إكساب الطالبات المهارات الفنية للتعامل مع مشكلات وضغوط الدراسة من خلال التدريب الفعال في مجال التخطيط التربوي. - تحفيز الطالبات وتقدير جهودهن من قبل المسؤولين للدراسة بجدية في مجال التخطيط التربوي. - تصميم برامج تدريبية متخصصة، ومخطط لها بعناية، حول أساليب مواجهة وضغوط الدراسة الجامعية المشكلات من خلال فعالية إدارة الوقت. - تدريس طرق وفنيات مواجهة مشكلات وضغوط الدراسة من خلال ممارسة عمليات إدارة الوقت في مجال التنظيم الجامعي. - الاستفادة من خبرات الدول المتقدمة في مجال الإدارة والتخطيط والتطوير الدراسي، وذلك من خلال تعلم أساليب إدارة الوقت وعلاقتها بمشكلات وضغوط الدراسة لتطبيقها في مجال التنظيم الجامعي.
The study aimed to deal with the problems and stresses facing the students of the parallel Masters in the faculties of Buraidah and Qassim. Study Approach: The study used the descriptive approach in identifying the phenomenon of problems and the pressures of the students of the parallel Masters students in Buraidah and Al-Qassim private colleges in Saudi Arabia, and put them in their proper framework, and explain all the surrounding conditions. Results of the study: The study reached many conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which are the following: * Providing students with the technical skills to deal with the problems and pressures of the study through effective training in the field of educational planning. * Motivate students and appreciate their efforts by officials to study seriously in the field of educational planning. * Design specialized and carefully planned training programs on problem-solving techniques and undergraduate stress through effective time management. * Teaching methods and techniques to address the problems and pressures of study through the practice of time management processes in the field of university organization. * Benefit from the experiences of developed countries in the field of management, planning and study development, through learning time management techniques and their relationship to the problems and pressures of study to apply in the field of university organization.
