المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى استنباط المضامين التربوية والاجتماعية والأخلاقية التي ترشد إليها سورة يس، واستخدم الباحث المنهج التحليلي والمنهج الاستنباطي؛ بالرجوع إلى المصادر من كتب الحديث والتفسير وأسباب النزول كالصحيحين وشروحهما، وتفسير ابن كثير، والبغوي، والبيضاوي وأبي السعود، والاطلاع عل التفاسير المعاصرة لسورة يس كالتحرير والتنوير لابن عاشور، وقد جاءت الدراسة في مقدمة ومبحثين، بين الباحث في المقدمة؛ مشكلة البحث وأهدافه وحدوده ومنهجه، وتناول المبحث الأول التعريف بسورة يس ومكانتها ومواضيعها، كما تناول المبحث الثاني المضامين التربوية في سورة يس، وأظهرت النتائج تأكيد السورة لمضامين إيمانية وأهمها (النظر في خلق الله عز وجل، والتأمل في الآيات الدالة على وجوده وعظيم صنعه، والنظر في خلق الإنسان وأطوار نموه)، يليها التأكيد لمضامين اجتماعية وأهمها (التكافل الاجتماعي والحذر من الفتنة وحماية المجتمع من الإلحاد)، وأخيرا لمضامين أخلاقية وأهمها (التلطف والدعوة إلى الله بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة، والحرص عل هداية الناس)، وفي الخاتمة قدم الباحث جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات من أهمها؛ ضرورة الاهتمام بالمضامين التربوية للنصوص الشرعية، وأهمية التفسير التربوي للقرآن الكريم، وضرورة صياغة قواعد وأصول لعلم التحليل التربوي للنصوص الشرعية.

The study aimed to devise the educational, social and ethical contents that Surat Yassin guides, and the researcher used the analytical and deductive approach. By referring to the sources from Hadith and Tafsir, and the reasons for the descent, such as the two Sahihs and their commentaries, the interpretation of Ibn Katheer, al-Baghawi, al-Baidawi and Abi al-Saud, and access to contemporary interpretations of Surat Yassin such as Tahrir and Enlightenment by Ibn Ashour, The study came in the introduction and two topics, between the Researcher in the introduction; the research problem, its goals, limitations and methodology, and the first topic dealt with the definition of Surat Yassin and its status and topics, as the second topic dealt with the educational contents in Surat Yassin. The results showed the surah's affirmation of the contents of faith and the most important of them (looking at the creation of God Almighty, and contemplating the verses indicating his existence and the greatness of his making, and looking at the creation of man and the stages of his growth), followed by emphasizing the social contents and the most important (social solidarity and guarding against sedition and protecting society from atheism). And finally, the implications are ethical and the most important (kindness and advocacy to God with wisdom and good advice, and keenness to guide people). In the conclusion, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposals, the most important of which are: the need to pay attention to the educational implications of the legal texts, the importance of the educational interpretation of the Holy Quran, and the need to formulate rules and principles forthe science of educational analysis of the legal texts.
