520		\|b This Paper discusses the effect Egyptian Debt on the Egyptian GDP through the period of the study from 1980 - 2017. In this project a VAR model is used to describe the dynamics of the Egyptian GDP. We use a model for Debt (General governmental debt) The analysis of the model by means of Granger causality and impulse response functions led to significant model with a high R2, the analysis showed that both lags of GDP and the second lag of Debt only are affecting the GDP.
