|a هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة الشفقة بالذات لدى طالبات الكلية الجامعية بحقل، والفروق في الشفقة بالذات تبعا لاختلاف متغيرات العمر، الحالة الاجتماعية، ومستوى التحصيل الدراسي. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، قام الباحث بإعداد مقياس الشفقة بالذات، وتم تطبيقه على عينه مكونة من (193) طالبة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الشفقة بالذات لدى طالبات الكلية الجامعية بحقل كانت عالية. كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الشفقة بالذات تعزى لمتغير العمر، والحالة الاجتماعية، ومستوى التحصيل الدراسي. وقد خرجت الدراسة في ضوء نتائجها بعدد من التوصيات.

|b The study aimed to identify the degree of self-compassion in particular for female students of the university college in Haqel, and the differences in self-compassion in particular, according to the difference in age, marital status, and level of academic achievement. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher prepared a measure of self-compassion in particular, and it was applied to a sample of (193) students. The results of the study showed that the degree of self-compassion for students of the university college in Haqel was high. The results of the study also resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences in self-compassion, due to the variable age, marital status, and level of academic achievement. The study came out in light of its results with a number of recommendation.
