المستخلص: يشكل موضوع البنية العقارية للأراضي الفلاحية حقلا معرفيا بامتياز لطرح إشكالية جغرافية حول التطورات التي يشهدها المجال الجغرافي لتلال مقدمة الريف الشرقي- تازة في مستوياته المتعددة، وطرح القضايا الجوهرية حول التنمية الريفية في تفاعلها مع تنمية المجال الجغرافي المحلي، ومن ثم ضرورة حل المشاكل المرتبطة بالبنية العقارية للأراضي الفلاحية. في الوقت الذي عرف فيه حق الملكية ضغطا قويا مرتبطا بالانفجار الديمغرافي، والذي نتج عنه تزايدا في طلب الأرض كعامل للتنمية. الأمر الذي انعكس سلبا على المنطقة من حيث الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية مما أدى إلى عرقلة التنمية الترابية بالمجال.

The Land Structure of Agricultural Land in the Taza Pre- rif Oriental Hills and its Impact on the Agrarian Landscape The question of the land structure of agricultural land is a field of knowledge par excellence, in that it makes it possible to suggest and pose a geographical problematic about developments in the area of the eastern prerif - Taza to different levels of the area in question. It also raises fundamental questions about rural development in its interaction with territorial development, so is it necessary to solve the problem of the land structure of agricultural land at a time when the right of ownership is pressure linked to the demographic explosion resulting from a more or less excessive demand for land (small parcels) as a factor of development. This has a negative impact on the region in terms of economic and social conditions and inevitably leads to the impediments of territorial development.

La question de la structure foncière des terres agricoles constitue un champ de connaissance par excellence, en ce sens qu’il permet de suggérer et de poser une problématique géographique à propos des développements que connait l'espace des collines du prérif oriental - Taza aux différents niveaux de la zone en question. Il soulève aussi des questions fondamentales concernant le développement rural dans son interaction avec le développement territorial, aussi, s’avère-t-il nécessaire de résoudre le problème lié à la structure foncière des terres agricoles au moment où le droit de propriété subit une forte pression liée à l’explosion démographique dont découle une demande plus au moins excessive des terres (des petites parcelles) comme facteur du développement. Ce qui influe négativement sur la région quant aux situations économique et sociale et aboutit inévitablement aux entraves du développement territorial.
