المستخلص: This article studies the Algerian experience regarding financing of basic infrastructures, considered today as the base of any process of economic and social development of countries, by PPP. It shows that the PPP, still widely embryonic in Algeria, has to help as a rule to become a tool of financing of the projects and to assure their realization according to the quality criteria and the allotted time.

Cet article étudie l’expérience algérienne en matière de financement des infrastructures de base, considérées aujourd’hui comme le socle du tout processus de développement socio-économique des pays, par de PPP. Il montre que le PPP, encore largement embryonnaire en Algérie, doit aider en principe à devenir un outil de financement des projets et assurer leur réalisation selon les critères de qualité et le temps imparti.
