|b The current study aimed to identify the nature of the ego flexibility on relation to ambition level among autistic children's mothers in Jordanian southern governorates. To achieve the goals of the study, a sample of (98) autistic children's mothers in Jordanian southern governorates were selected and both the ego flexibility and the aspiration level scales were developed. Results revealed that the ego flexibility and the ambition level were at medium level and indicated a relationship between the ego flexibility, precognition, creativity, constructing relationships and ambition. In light of the results of the study, the researcher suggested a group of recommendations among which the necessity of working on developing the ego flexibility and in particular constructing relationships among autistic children's mothers.

|a تناولت الدراسة الحالية تعرف طبيعة مرونة الأنا وعلاقته بمستوى الطموح لدى أمهات الأطفال التوحديين في محافظات الجنوب في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة تكونت من (98) أماً من أمهات الأطفال التوحديين في محافظات الجنوب، وتطوير مقياسي مرونة الأنا ومستوى الطموح، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مرونة الأنا ومستوى الطموح جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأن هناك علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مرونة الأنا والاستبصار والإبداع وتكوين العلاقات وبين الطموح. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة فقد خرج الباحث ببعض التوصيات، منها: ضرورة العمل على تنمية مرونة الأنا وخاصة تكوين العلاقات لدى أمهات الأطفال التوحديين.
