|a إن مفهوم المنهاج التربوي التعليمي الحديث يتجاوز حدود المكان والزمان، فهو مجموع تلك الخبرات الحياتية المكتسبة والتي تعرض لها المتعلم داخل المدرسة وخارجها؛ لأن المدرسة بمفهومها الحديث أصبحت مؤسسة اجتماعية لها حق الإشراف على تكوين الجيل الناشئ، وحق تنفيذ بنود المنهاج التربوي بغرض الوصول إلى الجودة في التكوين. فمدرسة اليوم، تعكس بوضوح حاجات المجتمع ومتطلباته المتجددة انطلاقا مما يفرضه عصر التكنولوجيا المعلومات وانفجار المعرفة. ولتحقيق المبتغى النبيل من العملية التعليمية - التعلمية، وجب أن يتسم المنهاج الدراسي بمجموعة من السمات التي لا غني عن واحدة منها، حتي يستجيب لحاجات المتعلم والمجتمع معا، ومنها: المرونة، والتنوع، والعمق، والإنسجام، والتكيف، والترابط، والتكامل؛ وليس هذا فحسب، فإن لبناء منهاج دراسي مرتكزات لابد من توافرها، وأولاها الانطلاق من مبدأ التركيز علي المتعلم، وجعله عنصرا إيجابيا مشاركا في الفعل التعليمي، والتنويع في استراتيجيات التدريس، والتجديد والإبداع في تنفيذ المنهاج التربوي بغرض حصول بيئة التعلم الفاعلة التي تقوم على ربط الحياة المعيشية للواقع الفعلي بالمواقف التعليمية.

|b The concept of the modern educational curriculum transcends the boundaries of space and time, as it is the sum of those life experiences acquired and experienced by the learner inside and outside the school; Because the school, in its modern concept, has become a social institution that has the right to supervise the formation of the emerging generation, and the right to implement the provisions of the educational program with the aim of achieving qualitative training. Today’s school clearly reflects the needs and the renewed requirements of society, starting from what is imposed by the era of information technology and the explosion of knowledge. In order to achieve the noble goal of the educational-learning process, the curriculum must be characterized by a set of features in order to fit the needs of the learner and society together, including: the flexibility, and diversity, and depth, and harmony, and adaptation, and Correlation and complementarity; but not only this, because, to build a curriculum some foundations must be available, as the principle of focusing on the learner, and making him a positive element involved in the educational act, and diversification in teaching strategies, and innovation and creativity in implementing the educational curriculum in order to obtain an effective learning environment that is based on linking the living life to the educational situations.
