المستخلص: This study deals with the problem of delivering and transporting goods in urban areas.
There is no doubt that delivering goods is a vital activity that serves the people and industrialists alike. Still, this activity's practice is not without problems and difficulties, as the use of freight transport vehicles in urban areas often obstructs traffic and creates severe damages that reduce the importance of this activity, mainly concerned with delivery/congestion problems.
This prompts us to ask the following question: What are the measures that Algeria must take to confront this complicated situation.
This study analyzes the problems encountered in delivery and the proposed solutions to face these challenges.

تتناول هذه الدراسة إشكالية تسليم ونقل البضائع في الوسط الحضري.
مما لا شك فيه أن نشاط تسليم البضائع هو نشاط حيوي يخدم السكان والصناعيين على حد سواء، غير أن ممارسة هذا النشاط لا يخلو من مشاكل وصعوبات، إذ أن استغلال عربات نقل البضائع في الأوساط الحضرية، غالبًا ما يعرقل حركة المرور ويخلق أضرار عويصة تقلل من أهمية هذا النشاط وعلى رأسها مشاكل التسليم / الازدحام.
هذا ما يدفعنا إلى طرح السؤال التالي: ما هي الإجراءات التي يجب اتخاذها من طرف الجزائر لمواجهة هذه الوضعية المعقدة.
هذه الدراسة تعمل على تحليل المشاكل التي تعترض التسليم والحلول المقترحة لمواجهة هذه التحديات.
المجالات: تخطيط حركة المرور والنقل، ضبط وتنظيم حركة المرور، الجانب الاقتصادي والإداري، البيئة.


Cette étude présente la problématique de la livraison et le transport de marchandises en milieu urbain.
La livraison des marchandises est une aeliv itè vitale qui bénéficié aux résidents et aux industries des zones urbaines. Pourtant, la présence et l'exploitation des véhicules de transport de marchandises en zones urbaines sont plus souvent perçues comme une nuisance que comme un service essentiel. Ceci a accru les problèmes liés aux livraisons de marchandises, et notamment les problèmes de stationnement/livraison et la congestion, ceci soulève la question suivante: que devrait faire l’Algérie pour remédier à cette situation complexe ?
Cette étude analyse les problèmes rencontrés au moment de la livraison, et les solutions proposées pour faire face à ces défis.
Domaines: planification de la circulation et des transports: régulation et réglementation de la circulation; aspects économiques et administration: environnement.
