المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة الممارسات السلوكية بما قد يتعرض له المبتعثون السعوديون من مخاطر أمنية محتملة خارج المملكة، ومعرفة أكثر المخاطر الأمنية المحتملة التي قد يتعرضون لها، والممارسات السلوكية التي قد تجعلهم عرضه لتلك المخاطر المحتملة، وما إذا كان هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا بينهم فيما قد يتعرضون له من مخاطر أمنية محتملة تعزى لخصائصهم الاجتماعية، ومعرفة سبل الوقاية مما قد يتعرض له المبتعثون السعوديون من مخاطر أمنية محتملة خارج المملكة. وتكونت العينة من المبتعثين السعوديين بأمريكا وبريطانيا وأستراليا حيث بلغ عددهم (353). واستخدمت أداة الاستبانة وفق منهج المسح الاجتماعي. ومن نتائجها: 1- توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01). فأقل بين (الممارسات السلوكية، وما قد يتعرض له المبتعثون السعوديون من مخاطر أمنية محتملة خارج المملكة). 2- أن المخاطر الأمنية المحتملة التالية: (السرقة، النصب والاحتيال، إلصاق التهم، السطو، التهديد) هي أكثر ما قد يتعرض لها المبتعثون السعوديون خارج المملكة. 3- أن الممارسات السلوكية (غياب الحرص والحذر والإجراءات الوقائية، الجهل بأنظمة بلد الابتعاث، الدخول في مشكلات مع الآخرين، السكن في المناطق الشعبية أو العشوائية، تعاطي الخمور والمسكرات والمخدرات، زيارة أماكن الدعارة أو الملاهي الليلية أو المقاهي وعيرها من الأماكن المشبوهة، تكوين علاقات مع أشخاص مجهولين) هي أكثر ما قد يجعل المبتعثين السعوديين معرضين للمخاطر الأمنية المحتملة خارج المملكة. 4- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المبتعثين السعوديين فيما قد يتعرضون له من مخاطر أمنية محتملة خارج المملكة وتعزى لخصائصهم الاجتماعية (النوع، بلد الابتعاث، التعرض سابقا لمخاطر أمنية في بلد الابتعاث).

The present study aimed at identifying the relationship between social characteristics and some behavioral practices by the exposure of Saudi students to the security risks in the country of scholarship outside the Kingdom, as well as knowing the most security risks they face in the country of scholarship outside the Kingdom, and the behavioral practices that expose them to these risks. And if There are statistical differences, including exposure to security risks in the country of scholarship outside the Kingdom due to their social characteristics, and finally learn ways to prevent their exposure to those risks in the country of scholarship outside the Kingdom. The sample was represented by several Saudi students in America, Britain and Australia bringing the total number of the study sample to (353). The questionnaire was used to collect data, according to the social survey methodology. The most prominent results were: 1. There is a statistically significant positive correlation at the level of significance (0.01) and less between (the practices of Saudi scholarship students in the country of scholarship outside the Kingdom) and their exposure to security risks in the country of scholarship outside the Kingdom. 2. The security risks that came ranked as follows (Theft, fraud, slander, “pinning charges”, burglary, threats) are the most serious security risks to Saudi students in the country of scholarship outside the Kingdom. 3. Behavioral practices that are classified as follows (lack of care and caution and preventive measures, ignorance of the regulations of the country of scholarship, entering into problems with others, housing in popular or random areas, abuse of alcohol, liquor and drugs, visit brothels or nightclubs or cafes and other Suspicious relationships, forming relationships with unknown persons) are the most common behavioral practices that make Saudi scholarship students vulnerable to security risks in outside the Kingdom. 4. There are statistically significant differences among Saudi students in the exposure to security risks in the country of scholarship outside the Kingdom due to their social characteristics: (gender, country of scholarship, exposure to previous security risks in the country of scholarship).
