هدفت هذه الدراسة قياس درجة رضا المستفيدين عن برامج الخدمة المجتمعية المقدمة من جامعة المجمعة باعتبارها واحدة من الجامعات السعودية الناشئة، والوقوف على ما يوجد بها من جوانب القوة ومواطن الضعف. كما سعت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الأسباب التي تقود إلي ضعف مستوى هذه الخدمات، وسبل علاج أوجه الخلل بها من خلال التوصيات والمقترحات التي انتهت إليها الدراسة. حاولت الدراسة الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما درجة رضا المستفيدين عن برامج الخدمة المجتمعية المقدمة من جامعة المجمعة؟؟ واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوصف متغيرات البحث وتحليل النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث، ثم تفسيرها والوقوف عند مؤشراتها. بالإضافة إلى التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات التي حصل الباحث عليها من خلال الاستبيان الموجه لعينة مختارة من المستفيدين من هذه الخدمات. وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن رضا المستفيدين عن برامج الخدمة المجتمعية المقدمة من جامعة المجمعة تراوحت بين درجة القبول التام والقبول فقط مما يدل على وجود بعض القصور في جوانبها. وكان من أبرز توصيات الدراسة ضرورة أن تقوم الجامعة بتوفير البنية التحتية اللازمة لدعم برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية وعلى وجه الخصوص الضوابط التنظيمية، وتوفير الدراسات والمعلومات على ضوء الاحتياجات الفعلية للمجتمع. وضرورة اهتمام وسائل الإعلام بنشر ثقافة المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومبادئها الصحيحة والمجالات المرتبطة به بالجامعات، والتزام الجامعة بتوفير عنصري الشفافية والإفصاح في برامجها المنفذة في مجال المسؤولية الاجتماعية.
The aim of this study was to measure the degree of satisfaction of beneficiaries about the community service programs provided by Majmaah University as one of newly established Saudi universities, And to identify their strengths and weaknesses.. The study also sought for discovering the reasons that lead to the weakness of the level of these services, and ways to remedy the imbalances through the recommendations and proposals that ended the study. The study tried to answer the following main question: What is the degree of satisfaction of beneficiaries on community service programs provided by Majmaah University? it depended on analytical descriptive approach to describe the research variables and analyze the results reached by the researcher, and then explain and stand at their indicators. In addition to the statistical analysis of the data obtained by the researcher through the questionnaire addressed to a selected sample of beneficiaries of these services. The study concluded that the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the community service programs provided by Majmaah University ranged from the degree of full acceptance and acceptance only, indicating some shortcomings in their aspects. One of the most important recommendations of the study was that the university should provide the necessary infrastructure to support social responsibility programs, in particular regulatory controls, and provide studies and information in light of the actual needs of society. The need for media attention to spread the culture of social responsibility and its correct principles and related fields in universities, and the commitment of the university to provide the elements of transparency and disclosure in its programs in the field of social responsibility.
