المستخلص: تعد الضغوط الإدارية التي يواجها الإنسان من أهم الضغوط التي تؤثر على حالته النفسية والجسمية ,"ويعتبر العنصر البشرى المحرك الرئيسي في استثمار مدخلات العمل الإداري وتفعيل عملياته الوظيفية وبالتالي رفع كفاءة المؤسسات الإنتاجية من أجل الحصول على مخرجات ذات نوعيه متميزة" ومن أهم العراقيل التي تواجه طالب وخريج ومعلم التربية الفنية هي الضغوط الإدارية التي يواجها خاصة في المدارس، تعد الضغوط الإدارية المدرسية على اختلاف انواعها سواء كانت ضغوط تنظيميه او ماديه او انسانيه لها واقع الاثر على عمل الطالب المتدرب ومعلم التربية الفنية ومدير المدرسة خريج التربية الفنية ويهدف البحث الى الحد من ظاهرة الضغوط الإدارية المدرسية الواقعة عليهم ليتمكنوا من التغلب على العقبات التي تعوق أهداف التربية الفنية في التدريب الميداني وتدريس الفن وادارة المدرسة عن طريق دمج بعض النظريات الإدارية الجديدة منها التفاعلية ونظرية المسار والهدف والذاتية والاتصال الإنساني وقد تم استخدام استبانة كاده للبحث لأجل معرفة الضغوط الإدارية الواقعة على المدير والمعلم و الطالب المتدرب بالتربية الفنية داخل المدرسة والى أي مدى تؤثر على ادائه في العمل. دخل المدرسة , وماهي الحلول الممكنة للحد من تلك الضغوط الإدارية وبناء على النتائج الإحصائية للاستبانة تم وضع تصور مقترح للحد من ظاهرة الضغوط الإدارية المدرسية التي تواجه المدير والطالب والمعلم بالتربية الفنية والقائمة على دمج نظريات الإدارة الحديثة )التفاعلية والمسار والهدف والذاتية والاتصال الإنساني( ومن أهم نتائج البحث أن الجانب الإنساني والمادي للضغوط الإدارية المدرسية يشكل تأثيرا بدرجة اكبر من الضغوط التنظيمية الواقعة على مديري المدارس ومعلم والطالب المتدرب بالتربية الفنية وان الضغوط الإدارية المدرسية تؤثر بجميع جوانبها الثلاثة )التنظيمية والإنسانية والمادية( أثارا سلبيه بدرجه متوسطة على مديري المدارس ومعلم والطالب المتدرب بالتربية الفنية وأكبر هذه الاثار تأثيرا سلبيا هي ضعف القدرة على الابتكار وضعف القدرة على التخطيط للهدف وعدم القدرة على اخراج جميع الطاقات الفنية والمواهب .وانه يمكن الحد من ظاهرة الضغوط الإدارية المدرسية التي تواجه المدير والطالب والمعلم بالتربية الفنية بدمج نظريات الإدارة الحديثة )التفاعلية والمسار والهدف والذاتية والاتصال الإنساني (ويوصى البحث -يوصى بتدريس مقرر الإدارة المدرسية لطلاب كلية التربية الفنية بمرحلة البكالوريوس والمتدربين بالمدارس الثانوية.

The administrative pressures that a person faces is considered one of the most important pressures that affect his psychological and physical condition. A graduate and a teacher of art education are the administrative pressures that he encounters, especially in schools. School administrative pressures of various kinds, whether organizational, material or humanitarian pressures, have a reality impact on the work of the trainee student, the teacher of art education and the principal of the school is a graduate Art education The research aims to reduce the phenomenon of school administrative pressures falling on them so that they can overcome the obstacles that hinder the goals of art education in field training, art education and school management by integrating some new administrative theories, including interactive, path theory, goal, subjectivity and human contact. A questionnaire has been used To search for knowledge of the administrative pressure on the principal, the teacher, and the student trained in artistic education within the school and the extent to which it affects his performance at work. He entered the school, and what are the possible solutions to reduce based on statistical results For the questionnaire, a proposed concept has been developed to reduce the phenomenon of school administrative pressures facing the principal, student and teacher in technical education and based on the incorporation of modern management theories (interactive, path, goal, subjectivity and human communication). Among the most important net The research found that the human and material aspect of school administrative pressures constitutes a greater impact of organizational pressure on school administrators, a teacher, and student trained in artistic education, and that school administrative pressures affect all three aspects (organizational, humanitarian, and material) have negative effects on a medium degree on school administrators, a teacher, and a student trained in art education The biggest of these effects is negatively affected by the weak ability to innovate and the weak ability to plan the goal and the inability to bring out all technical energies and talents. And it is possible to reduce the phenomenon of school administrative pressures that face Director of student and teacher art education to integrate the theories of modern management (interactive track and target self-human contact) and recommended research -aosy teach school management course for students of the Faculty of Art Education Bachelor stage.
