المستخلص: أصبح استخدام تكنولوجيا نقل المعلومات عاملا مؤثرا على تطوير العملية التعليمية وأدى إلى فرض تحديات جديدة أمام التعليم وأنظمة التدريب والبحث عن أساليب تقنية لإثراء العملية التعليمية ولقد شهدت تقنيات الويب web في الجامعات العالمية خلال العقدين الماضيين انتشارا واسعا، بسبب النجاحات الكبيرة التي تحققت في مجال المزاوجة بين تكنولوجيا التعليم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات. فضلا عن تطور الثقافة المجتمعية في مجال استخدام شبكة الإنترنت، التي تعد البيئة المثالية لنشر تقنيات الويب. ولقد هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم نظرة شاملة حول الجيل الثالث للويب من حيث ماهيته وبدايته ونظم تطويره. وتحديد المهارات المعرفية القائمة على تطبيقات الويب 3.0Web في العملية التعليمية. وتم تطبيق استبانة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبد الرحمن للتعرف على مدى إمكانية استخدام الويب 3.0 في تنمية المهارات المعرفية لدى الطالبة في الدراسة الجامعية ثم تم وضع تصور مقترح لإمكانية استخدام تطبيقات الويب 0.3 في تدريس المقررات الجامعية وذلك من خلال تصميم موقع إلكتروني يحوي مقرر تقنيات التعليم وتم استخدام أدوات الويب 0.3 ثم تم تطبيق مقياس لقياس مدى رضا الطالبات عن إمكانية استخدام تطبيقات الويب 0.3 في تدريس مقرر تقنيات التعليم ولقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التجريبي. ونتج عن البحث وجود نسبة مرضية عن استخدام تطبيقات الويب 0.3 في الدراسة الجامعية. أوصى البحث ضرورة التوجه نحو توظيف الويب 3.0 في التعليم والاهتمام بتطوير الجامعات له وتطبيقاته وتدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطالبات على استخدامه في عملية التعليم والتعلم.

The use of information technology has become an influential factor in the development of the educational process, and it led to the imposition of new challenges for education, training systems and the search for technical methods to enrich the educational process. In the past two decades, web technologies at international universities have been widespread, due to the great successes achieved in the field of the combination of education technology and information technology. As well as the development of community culture in the use of the Internet, which is the ideal environment for the dissemination of web technologies. The present research aimed at providing a comprehensive overview of the third generation of the Web in terms of its origin, its beginning and its development systems. Also, identify the cognitive skills based on Web 3.0 in the educational process and determine the mechanism of using the third generation of the Web in the development of cognitive skills for university' students. A questionnaire was applied to the faculty members of the Faculty of Education, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University to identify the possibility of using the Web 3.0 in the development of cognitive skills of the student in the university study. Then designed a suggested conceptualization of the possibility of using Web applications in teaching university courses was developed through the design of an electronic website containing the course of instructional techniques. Then Applicated a measurement to determine the satisfaction of female students about the possibility of using web0.3 applications in teaching the course of teaching techniques. The research followed the descriptive analytical and experimental method. The research resulted in a satisfactory rate of using web 0.3 applications in university study. The research recommended , the need to use Web 3.0 applications in education and give professors and universities ' students many training about applications of web
