المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة التزام معلمي المدارس الإعدادية بأخلاقيات مهنة التعليم من وجهة نظر معلمي ومديري ومشرفي مدارس لواء حيفا: المعيقات والحلول، واستخدم المنهج التحليلي المسحي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طورت استبانة لقياس درجة التزام المعلمين بأخلاقيات المهنة مكونة من (56) فقرة، موزعة على 4 مجالات: أخلاقيات المهنة عند المعلم نحو زملائه (13) فقرة، وأخلاقياتها عند المعلم نحو وظيفته (18)، وأخلاقياتها عند المعلم نحو المجتمع المحلي (8) فقرات، وأخلاقياتها عند المعلم نحو الطلبة (17)، واختيرت العينة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، تكونت من (240) مديرا ومشرفا ومعلما. وأظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد العينة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، على مجالات درجة الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة، وجاء مجال أخلاقياتها عند المعلم نحو الطلبة في المرتبة الأولى بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، ومجال وأخلاقياتها عند المعلم نحو المجتمع في المرتبة الأخيرة وبتقدير مرتفع أيضا. وكشفت النتائج المتعلقة بالفروق الفردية الإحصائية عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05=) لدرجة أخلاقيات المهنة ككل، وكل مجال من مجالات أخلاقيات المهنة يعزى لأثر الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والوظيفة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى أثر متغير سنوات الخدمة، وجاءت لصالح فئة (5 إلى أقل من 10 سنوات). وفي ضوء النتائج، يوصي الباحث بتوصيات أهمها: إعطاء موضوع أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم المزيد من الاهتمام من كافة الاتجاهات الرسمية والأكاديمية، وتخصيص الندوات والمؤتمرات.

The study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of the teachers of junior high schools to the ethics of the teaching profession from the point of view of the teachers, principals and supervisors of the Northern Triangle schools within the Green Line: the obstacles and solutions, and to achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was developed to measure the degree of commitment of teachers to the ethics of the teaching profession consisting of (56) Areas; the first field: the teachers ethics towards his colleagues(13) the second field :the teachers ethics towards his career (18) the third field: the teacher's ethics towards the community (8), and the fourth field: the professional ethics of the teacher towards the students (17). Two questions were addressed at the end of the questionnaire to identify obstacles and solutions. The sample of the study was chosen in a random stratified manner, consisting of (240) principals, supervisors and teachers. The results of the study showed that the estimates of the sample of the study sample were high with regard to the degree of commitment to the ethics of the teaching profession. The field of professional ethics in the teacher came to the students in the first place with a high degree of appreciation. With high appreciation as well. The results of the study on the individual statistical differences revealed that there were no statistically significant differences ( = 0.05) on the ethics of a profession as a whole, and each field of professional ethics is attributed to the impact of gender, scientific qualification and job. The results also showed statistically significant differences Variable effect years of experience came in favor of category (5 to less than ten years). In light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends several recommendations, the most important: Giving the subject of ethics of the education profession more attention and attention from all the official, academic and professional trends, and the allocation of many seminars and conferences to talk about and highlight their importance.
