المستخلص: أولا: مشكلة الدراسة: مرحلة الطفولة من أهم المراحل في حياة الإنسان فهي الأساس الذى تبنى عليه اتجاهات المستقبل الإنساني ومن خلالها يخطو الكائن البشرى أولى خطواته في طريق التعرف على مؤهلاته وقدراته وعلى العالم المحيط به، وللكلام دورا كبيرا في مساعدة الأطفال على النمو في كافة مجالاته، حيث نجد أن الأطفال يكتسبون المعلومات والخبرات المتنوعة في مراحل العمر الأولى من خلالهما، ويعمل على تنمية القدرات العقلية والانفعالية، والاجتماعية، والتحصيلية لديهم، وبالتالي نجد أنه يقوم بدور رئيسيا وجوهريا في تحقيق النمو السوى للأطفال في مختلف الجوانب اللغوية والأكاديمية، والانفعالية، والاجتماعية. ثانيا: مفاهيم الدراسة 1-مفهوم العمل الجماعي 2-مفهوم الأطفال مضطربي النطق والكلام ثالثا: أهداف الدراسة تنمية مهارة العمل الجماعي للأطفال مضطربي النطق والكلام باستخدام برنامج في خدمة الجماعة رابعا: فروض الدراسة: توجد علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات القياسين القبلي والبعدي على أبعاد مقياس مهارة العمل الجماعي وتطبيق برنامج في خدمة الجماعة وتنمية مهارة الاتصال للأطفال مضطربي النطق والكلام خامسا: الإجراءات المنهجية أولا: نوع الدراسة. تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات التجريبية ثانيا: المنهج المستخدم. تعتمد هذه الدراسة على المنهج التجريبي. ثالثا: أدوات الدراسة. مقياس تنمية العمل الجماعي من إعداد الباحثة مجالات الدراسة (أ) المجال المكاني: مدرسة العروبة الابتدائية بمنطقة امبابة التابعة لإدارة شمال الجيزة (ب) المجال الزمني: الفترة الزمنية التي استغرقها التدخل المهني (ج) المجال البشري: عينة من الأطفال مضطربي النطق والكلام البالغ عددهم (15) النتائج العامة للدراسة: توجد علاقة ذات دلاله إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات القياسين القبلي والبعدي على أبعاد مقياس مهارة العمل الجماعي وممارسة الخدمة الاجتماعية في المجال المدرسي وتنمية مهارة العمل الجماعي للأطفال مضطربي النطق والكلام حيث أن قيمة (ت = -22,891 **) وهي دالة عند مستوي معنوية (0,01) مما يعني قبول الفرض للدراسة.

Second: concepts of the Study 1- The concept of group work 2- The concept of children with speech disorders Third: The objectives of the study Developing the skill of group work for children with speech disorders using a program in the social group work. Fourth: the Study hypotheses There is a statistically significant relationship between the averages of the tribal and dimension index scores on the dimensions of the scale of the skill of collective work and the application of a program in the social group work and the development of communication skills for children with speech disorders Fifth: Systematic procedures First: the type of study. This study is an experimental study Second: the method used. This study is based on the experimental approach. Third: study tools. The scale of the development of collective action by the researcher Areas of study (A) Spatial area: Al-Orouba Primary School in Ampabe district of the North Giza Administration (b) Time zone: the time period taken by professional intervention (c) Human field: a sample of 15 speech-disturbed children The general results of the study: There is a statistically significant relationship between the averages of the grades of the tribal and dimension indexes on the dimensions of the scale of the skill of group work and the practice of social service in the field of school and the development of the skill of group work for children with speech disorders and speech The value (t = -22.891) is a function at a moral level (0.01), which means accepting the assumption of the study.
