المستخلص: كان الهدف الأساسي من هذا البحث وضع منهجية لاختبار أثر تطبيق إحدى آليات التحول الرقمي وهي تقنية سلاسل الكتل في تتبع سلسلة التوريد على تفعيل أدوات إدارة التكلفة البينية لتلك السلسلة، وتم التركيز على دور تلك التقنية في دعم كلا من أسلوب تحليل سلسلة القيمة لسلسلة التوريد، وكذلك دورها في دعم كلا من أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة، وأسلوب محاسبة السجلات المفتوحة باعتبارهما من أهم أدوات إدارة التكلفة البينية لسلسلة التوريد، ثم التعرف على أثر ذلك على دعم المزايا التنافسية لسلسلة التوريد، وفى سبيل تحقيق أهداف البحث تم صياغة عدد من الفروض، ثم صياغة قائمة استبيان وجهت لعينة البحث للتحقق من مدي صحة الفروض، وقد خلص البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط إحصائي إيجابية بين تطبيق تقنية سلاسل الكتل في تتبع سلسلة التوريد التصنيعية وتنسيق الجهود والعلاقات ودعم تحليل سلسلة القيمة فيما بين أطراف السلسلة، كما توجد علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق تقنية سلاسل الكتل في تتبع سلسلة التوريد التصنيعية وتفعيل أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة، وأسلوب محاسبة السجلات المفتوحة كأدوات لإدارة التكلفة البينية على امتداد السلسلة، أيضا أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق تقنية سلاسل الكتل في تتبع سلسلة التوريد التصنيعية ودعم المزايا التنافسية لتلك السلسلة.

The main objective of this research was to develop a methodology to test the effect of applying one of the mechanisms of digital transformation, which is the technology of Blockchain in tracking the supply chain on the activation of inter-organization-cost management tools for that series, and focus was on the role of this technology in supporting both the value chain analysis method of the supply chain, as well as Its role in supporting both the target cost method and the open record accounting method as one of the most important tools for inter-cost cost management of the supply chain, and then to identify the impact of this on supporting the competitive advantages of the supply chain, In order to achieve the aims of the research, a number of hypotheses were formulated, then a list of questionnaires was sent to the research sample to verify the validity of the hypotheses. The research concluded that there is a positive statistical correlation between the application of Blockchain technology in tracking the manufacturing supply chain, coordinating efforts and relationships, and supporting value chain analysis Among the parties to the chain, there is also a statistically significant correlation relationship between the application of block chains technology in tracking the manufacturing supply chain and activating the target cost method, and the method of accounting for open records as tools for managing the interstitial cost throughout the chain, also the results indicated there is a statistically significant correlation relationship between the application Blockchain technology to track the manufacturing supply chain, and support the competitive advantages of this chain.
