المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تقييم منظومة الصحة المدرسية لتلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية بمحافظة المنوفية، واستخدام الباحثون المنهج الوصفي على عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة كان قوامها (230) فرد من مديري ووكلاء المدارس الإعدادية ومسئول التعليم ومسئول وحدة التدريب بالمدارس الإعدادية ومدرسو التربية الرياضية وموجهو التربية الرياضية بالإدارات التعليمية وديوان المديرية ورؤساء الأقسام بالإدارات والمديرية بمحافظة المنوفية بواقع (٢٠٠) فرد هم أفراد العينة الأساسية و(٣٠) فرد هم أفراد العينة الاستطلاعية من نفس مجتمع البحث وخارج عينة البحث الأساسية، وقد أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن مستوى الأمن والسلامة داخل المدرسة مرتفع، كما أن الخدمات الصحية في المدرسة متوفرة، بالإضافة إلى أن مهارات العاملون في منظومة الصحة المدرسية متميزة، كما أن العوامل المحفزة "المادية، المعنوية" للعاملين بالمدرسة غير متميزة، كما تميز التخطيط الاستراتيجي المرتبط بالصحة المدرسية، وارتفع مستوى الاستراتيجيات الحديثة المرتبطة بالصحة المدرسية، وتوفر تهيئة المناخ المتميز "الصحة النفسية" للعاملين في المدرسة، كما تعمل مدارس المرحلة الإعدادية بمحافظة المنوفية على مكافحة الأمراض المعدية والوقاية منها، ويوصي الباحثون بضرورة إيجاد تعاون بين المدارس ومراكز البحوث العلمية لتفعيل دور البحوث الصحية في المدارس.

The research aims to evaluate the school health system for middle school pupils in Menoufia governorate. The researchers used the descriptive approach for a sample chosen in a simple random way. The research evaluates the school health system for middle school students in Menoufia Governorate, and the researchers used the descriptive approach on a sample chosen by a simple random method. It consisted of (230) members from the directors and assistant principal of middle schools, the education officer, the head of the training unit in the middle schools, the physical education teachers and the physical education directors in the educational departments and the directorate's office, and the heads of the departments in the administrations and the directorate in Menoufia governorate with (200) individuals who were members of the primary sample and (30) individuals who were individuals of the exploratory sample from the same research population and outside the primary research sample. The research results indicated that the level of safety and security within the school is high, and the health services in the school are available, in addition to that the skills of the workers in the school health system are distinguished. The motivating factors "material and moral" of the school workers are not distinct. The strategic planning related to school health was also distinguished, and the level of modern strategies related to school health has increased. The creation of an excellent climate provides "mental health" to the school's workers—the Middle schools in Menoufia governorate work on controlling and preventing infectious diseases. The researchers recommend the need to create cooperation between schools and scientific research centers to activate the role of health research in schools.
