هدف البحث هو قياس فاعلية برنامج تدريب إلكتروني قائم على معايير الجودة الشاملة لإكساب معلمي الحاسب الآلي مهارات التعلم النشط. وذلك من خلال تصميم موقع تدريبي إلكتروني قائم على معايير الجودة الشاملة ودراسة فاعلية هذا الموقع على إكساب معلمي الحاسب الآلي مهارات التعلم النشط، حيث طبق البحث على عينة عددها (40) معلمًا من معلمي الحاسب الآلي بإدارة سيدي سالم التعليمية، وقد تم تقسيم عينة البحث إلى مجمـوعتين إحـداهما تجريبيـة تـدربت مـن خـلال البرنامج التدريبي الإلكتروني، والأخرى ضابطة تدربت بالشكل والطريقة السائدة، تم تقديم البرنامج التدريبي للمعلمين من خلال الموقع التدريبي الذي قام الباحث بتصميمه وإنتاجه على شبكة الإنترنت على أن يسجل كل معلم على الموقع، بعد تعبئة الاستبيان، يطلع على المحتوى التدريبي المعد لإكسابهم مهارات التعلم النشط. وكانت أدوات الدراسة عبارة عن بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري لمهارات التعلم النشط (للمعلمين)، وتم تحكيمهم والتأكد من صدق وثبات الأدوات قبل التطبيـق الفعلـي علـى مجمـوعتي البحـث، واستخدم الباحـث برنامج التحليـل الإحصائي 20.0 Spss ولاختبار صحة فرضيات البحث اعتمد الباحث على اختبار "ت" t -test وقام بحساب حجم التأثير باستخدام مربع إيتا (n2) للتعرف على حجم تأثير البرنامج وقد أظهرت النتائج: - - وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,01) عند التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهاري لمهارات التعلم النشط، بين المجموعتين؛ (التجريبية التي تدربت إلكترونيًا، والمجموعة الضابطة التي تدربت بالطرق التقليدية) لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.
To measure the effectiveness of an electronic training program based on the criteria of comprehensive quality in helping computer studies teachers to acquire active learning skills. That was by designing an electronic training site based on the criteria of comprehensive quality and studying it's effect on acquiring the computer studies teachers the active learning skills, the research has been applied on a sample of 40 computer studies teachers at Sidi-Salem Educational Administration. The sample of the study has been divided into two groups. One was experimental that trained according to the electronic training program, the other was control group trained according to the ordinary method. The training program has presented to the teachers through the training site that had been designed online by the researcher. Each teacher enrolled in the site after filling a questionnaire identified the training content that prepared for acquiring them the active learning skills. The tools of the study: the tools of the study were a performance observation card for active learning skills for teachers; they have been judged and approved in validity and stability before actual application on the study groups. The researcher used the statistical analysis program SPSS 20.0. To examine the hypotheses the study the researcher used T test and measured the value of effect using squared ETA (n2) to recognize the value of effect of the program. The results showed:- - There are differences with statistical evidence at the level of 0.01% in the post application of the observation card for active learning skills between the two groups (the experimental group that trained online and the control group that trained traditionally for the benefit of the experimental group.
