The study aimed to study the impact of dimensions of International labor standards on Deontic Justice Perceptions For employees in organizations .The study was conducted on a sample of (326) individual in main branches of the Telecom Egypt company, which are the Smart Village, Ramses, Nasr City, Maadi.. The study found that: A-The dimensions of international labor standards do not significantly affect the moral obligation. From the previous analysis, the validity of the first hypothesis is partly validated as it was concluded that the moralobligation is affected significantly directly, by two dimensions of international labor standards while it is no significantly t affected by the other three dimensions. Hence, the first hypothesis was partially proven. B -The dimensions of international labor standards do not significantly affect on moral accountability. Where it was concluded that moral accountability is directly and significantly affected by two dimensions of international labor standards and not a significantly affected by the other three dimensions. Then the second hypothesis is partially proven. c- The dimensions of international labor standards do not significantly affect on moraloutrage. As it was concluded that moraloutrage is significantly affected, directly, by three dimensions of international labor standards, while it is not significantly affected y by the other two dimensions. Then the third hypothesis is partially proven.
