This study aimed to identify the impact of E- commerce on globalization of local markets in Jordan, The study followed the descriptive method, To achieve this purpose, a questionnaire was developed to collect data from study sample individuals. the sample of study consisted of (350) The study sample consisted of (350) managers, head of department and owners of companies inside the local markets in Jordan. The study showed that there is impact of E- commerce on globalization of local, markets in Jordan in a high degree, There were significant differences in the level of the impact of E- commerce on globalization of local, markets in Jordan at (α = 0.05) due to gender variable in favor of female, age in favor of (41- 50) And the scientific qualification in favor of the postgraduate studies and the duration of service in favor of "15 years and above" and the sector in favor of commercial.
