|a مما لا شك فيه أن الفساد ظاهرة إنسانية قديمة قدم الزمان، ولا يكاد يخلو عصر من العصور من ظاهرة من ظواهره، فجاء الإسلام فشخص الداء ووصف الدواء، وذلك من خلال آيات القرآن الكريم وسنة النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم-. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان المنهج النبوي في مسألة قبول الأعمال، ومنهج اكتساب المال وإنفاقه، وبيان رحمة الله ولطفه بخلقه، حيث أرسل رسله بالهداية، فبينوا لهم طريق الخير ليسلكوه، وطريق الشر ليجتنبوه، واستخدم الباحث في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع العزو والإحالة والتخريج المتبعة في منهجية البحث العلمي، وتوصل الباحث إلى إن السنة النبوية طمأنت المسلم بأنه لن يموت حتى يستكمل رزقه، وأن السنة النبوية أولت عناية فائقة بحفظ المال، وأشارت إلى وجوب كسب المال بالطرق المشروعة ووجوب إنفاقه في الطرق المشروعة، وأن المال أول ما يُسأل عنه العبد يوم القيامة، وأنه فتنة، وأن المال وبال على صاحبه إذا لم يؤد حقه، وأن معرفة المسلم بسنة رسوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم- على فهم السلف الصالح، هي أول طريق القضاء على فساد المال والأعمال، وأن وراء كل فساد في الأرض نية فاسدة، وعمل مخالف لهدي السنة النبوية.

|b There is no doubt that corruption is an ancient human manifestation since the creation of the world, and it is hardly to find any era without enclosing some of its occurrences. Therefore, Islam through the verses of the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet- Peace be upon him, diagnosed the disease and prescribed the medicine. This study aims to show the prophetic approach in the issue of accepting works, the method of acquiring money and spending it, and the statement of God's mercy and kindness in his creation, where he sent his messengers with guidance, so they showed them the path of good to follow him, and the path of evil to avoid it. This study used the descriptive analytical method, sticking to its conditions and principles that is followed in the methodology of the scientific research. The study arrives at the following results: 1. The Prophet assured that; Muslim will not die until his livelihood is completed. 2. The Prophet's Sunnah paid great attention to the preservation of money and pointed out that it is necessary to earn and spend money in a legitimate way. 3. Money is the first thing that the Muslim will be asked about on the Day of Resurrection, and it is a temptation a fitnah, moreover, it is a heavy burden on its owner if he does not fulfill its right. Besides that the Muslim's knowledge of the sunnah of his prophet, peace be upon him, is the first way to eliminate the corruption of money and business, putting into consideration that the reason behind all corruption in the world is a bad intention that contradicts the prophet's direction.
