هذه الدراسة "لدور السنة النبوية في مكافحة فساد المال والأعمال- دراسة مقاصدية تطبيقية", تهدف إلى توضيح كيفية تصدي السنة النبوية الشريفة لدرء مفسدة ومخاطر فساد المال والأعمال, وكيفية معالجة ذلك, باتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية والعلاجية, وتتكون من مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة, تضمنت المقدمة تعريف السنة, الفساد, والمال, والمقاصد, وتناول المبحث الأول: الحديث عن مظاهر فساد المال والأعمال في السنة النبوية, وأسبابه, تضمن في المطلب الأول أبرز مظاهر الفساد وهي: السرقة, وخيانة الأمانة, وتلوث البيئة, والإسراف والتبذير والتقتير, والرشوة والاختلاس والتزوير, والغش والتدليس والاحتكار والربا, والاستيلاء على أراضي الغير بدون وجه حق, والتهرب الواجبات المالية, واكتناز المال, وتضمن المطلب الثاني وبصورة مختصرة أشهر أسباب الإفضاء إلى الفساد في المال والأعمال, وتضمن المبحث الثاني: الحديث عن الدور المقاصدي للسنة في مكافحة فساد المال والأعمال, وخلص البحث إلى نتائج أهمها: أنَّ مصطلح الفساد جاء في اللغة يفيد عدم الصلاح, والخروج عن الاعتدال, وأن طرق علاج الفساد في المال والأعمال في الشريعة الإسلامية تجمع بين المراقبة الذاتية والمراقبة الغيرية من البشر, وأن السنة لا تفرق بين أنواع الفساد, وأن أسباب الفساد انعدام الأخلاق لدى المفسدين وقلة إيمانهم, ثم انتشار الفقر خاصة لدى صغار الموظفين, وأن منابع الفساد تتمثل في عدة عوامل يجب العمل على الوقاية منها, بحسن اختيار العاملين من ذوى الدين والصلاح وتحسين أحوالهم المعيشية, ورفع كفاءة الأجهزة الرقابية ووجود نظام محكم للعقوبات, وهو ما يتوفر في السنة النبوية بصورة محكمة, بالإضافة إلى تقوية الوازع الديني لدى جمهور المسلمين.

The research found the most important results are: The term corruption came in the language Denying righteousness, and going out for moderation, and that the methods of treatment of corruption in the Business and Finance in Islamic law that combines self- monitoring and surveillance heterosexual human beings, and that the Sunnah do not differentiate between corruption whether small or large, and that the causes of corruption, lack of morality has spoilers and the lack of faith they have and then the spread of poverty, especially among junior staff, and that the sources of corruption are several factors must work on prevention, including good choice of workers with religion and righteousness and improve their living conditions, and raise the efficiency of regulatory bodies and the existence of an elaborate system of sanctions, which is available in the Sunnah in court, in addition to strengthening the religious faith of Muslims among the audience.
