المستخلص: عنوان البحث: تقييم مهارة المحادثة في كتاب المستوى الثالث وفق الإطار المرجعي الأوروبي "سلسلة كنوز أنموذجا". وقد تحددت مشكلة البحث في السؤال الرئيس الاتي: ما درجة تقييم مهارة المحادثة في كتاب المستوى الثالث من سلسلة كنوز التعليمية وفق الإطار المرجعي الأوروبي؟ وهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد درجة مراعاة مهارة المحادثة في الكتاب للكفايات اللغوية، والكفايات التواصلية الاجتماعية، مع مراعاة الاختبارات والتدريبات والوسائل والتقنيات التعليمية الخاصة بمهارة المحادثة، بالإضافة إلى تحديد درجة مراعاة مهارة المحادثة للمجال الثقافي في الكتاب. ومن أجل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لأنه الأنسب لموضوع البحث والأقدر على تحليل الظاهرة وعلاجها، واعتمد البحث أداة بحثية (استمارة تقييم محتوى) أعدتها الباحثة وفق معايير الإطار المرجعي الأوروبي لتعليم اللغات الأجنبية، تضمنت هذه الاستمارة ستة وعشرين بندا موزعين ضمن مجالين (المجال المعرفي، والمجال الثقافي). أما عينة البحث فهي مهارة المحادثة في كتاب المستوى الثالث المأخوذ من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي (سلسلة كنوز لتعليم العربية للناطقين بغيرها المعتمدة في المعهد العربي للغة العربية في الرياض). وقد تم تقييم هذه المهارة بالاستعانة بتقييم عشرين باحثا وباحثة في تعليم اللغات وتحليل عملهم. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن المحور المعرفي حاز على تقدير (مرتفع) وبنسبة تبلغ 72.72% وهي نسبة عالية إحصائيا، كما أن نسبة المحور الثقافي تبين جودة الكتاب في هذا المحور إذ بلغت 86.4% وبتقدير (مرتفع). وبعد اطلاع الباحثة على معايير الإطار المرجعي الأوروبي فيما يخص مهارة المحادثة، أكدت نتائج البحث إلى أن الكتاب راعى المعايير التي تتناسب مع المستوى وهي (المعارف العامة: "الكفايات اللغوية والكفايات التواصلية والاجتماعية والوسائل التعليمية"، والجانب الثقافي) بنسبة 74.83% وبتقدير (مرتفع) وهي نسبة عالية لكن بحاجة إلى بعض الإضافات والمقترحات؛ للوصول به إلى المستوى الموافق لمجلس أوروبا لتعليم اللغات، كما أن النتيجة أكدت أهمية وضرورة التقييم المستمر للمناهج والكتب، وهو بذلك يتوافق مع أغلبية الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال.

The research problem has determined in the following question: What's the grade of the conversation skill in the third level book from treasure series according to the European frame of reference? This research aims to determinate and to consider the conversation skill in the book for the linguistic competence and the social communication competence by taking in consideration tests, exercises tools and the educational techniques of the conversation skill, in addition to determining the grade of consideration the conversation skill for the cultural field in the book. For achieving these goals, the researcher has followed the analytical descriptive method as it's the most suitable for the research topic as also it's stronger to analyze and handle the phenomena. The research has prepared according to the European frame of reference for teaching foreign languages which contains twenty-six items distributed in two majors. The cultural and cognitive field the sample of the research is the conversation skill in the third level book which taken from the original study (treasure series for teaching Arabic of non-speakers which is dependent in the Arab institute for Arabic language in Riyadh). It has been evaluating this skill by using analyzing and evaluating twenty researchers in teaching languages. The research result has reached that the knowledge pillar got a (high) assessment with a percentage 72.72% which considered statistically accepted. The cultural hub’s percentage showed the quality of the book in this hub, as it readied 86.4% with a (high) estimate. After the researcher shared on the standards of the European frame work of Reference about the conversation skill. The research result has confirmed that the book into consideration the standards that are with the level which is the language skills for the linguistic competence, communication and social competence and the educational aids, and the cultural(high) with a percentage 74.83% in accepted estimate that considers a good percent, but it needs some addition and suggestion to reach to the level of the council of Europe for language teaching, as well as the result has confirmed on the necessity and importance of continuous evaluation of the books and curriculums, as this evaluation conforms the most previous studies in this field.
