المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى رسم ملامح رؤية تربوية مقترحة لتدعيم المشاركة المجتمعية لطالبات الدراسات الاجتماعية بجامعة طيبة باستخدام أسلوب دلفاي. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم المنهج الوصفي إلى جانب أسلوب دلفاي، وتم تطوير استبانتين لجمع البيانات، وشملت عينة الدراسة (460) من طالبات قسم العلوم الاجتماعية بكلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة طيبة بالمدينة المنورة، إلى جانب عينة من الخبراء بعدد من الجامعات السعودية قوامها (19) خبيرا. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى إن مجالات تدعيم المشاركة المجتمعية لطالبات الدراسات الاجتماعية بجامعة طيبة داخل وخارج الحرم الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطالبات أنفسهن جاءت (بدرجة متوسطة)، ومن أبرزها عقد لقاءات مع أفراد المجتمع لاستقطاب الدعم المادي للأسر الفقيرة، وعقد يوم مفتوح في بداية العام الدراسي لتعريف الطالبات الجدد بأهداف قسم الدراسات الاجتماعية، والمشاركة في المناسبات الوطنية، وتقديم خدمات الإرشاد السياحي الديني لزوار المسجد النبوي. كما تبين وجود معوقات تحد من تدعيم هذه المشاركة من وجهة نظر الطالبات أنفسهن (بدرجة عالية)، ومن أهمها قلة الموارد المادية التي تخصصها إدارة الجامعة لتدعيم المشاركة المجتمعية للطالبات، وضعف اهتمام إدارة الجامعة بوظيفتها في خدمة المجتمع، وضعف تركيز المقررات الجامعية على ترسيخ المشاركة المجتمعية، إلى جانب عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05> α) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد الدراسة حيال المعوقات التي تحد من تدعيم المشاركة المجتمعية لطالبات الدراسات الاجتماعية بجامعة طيبة تعزى إلى متغيري: (الفرقة الجامعية، التخصص). وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى صياغة رؤية تربوية مقترحة لتدعيم المشاركة المجتمعية لطالبات الدراسات الاجتماعية بجامعة طيبة باستخدام أسلوب دلفاي من خلال خمسة آليات تمثلت في: (المقررات الجامعية، طرق وأساليب التدريس) المستخدمة، دور أعضاء هيئة التدريس، الأنشطة الطلابية، الإدارة الجامعية). وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: تبني الرؤية التربوية المقترحة من قبل وزارة التعليم وجامعة طيبة لتدعيم المشاركة المجتمعية لطالبات الدراسات الاجتماعية، والعمل على توفير المتطلبات التشريعية والمادية والبشرية اللازمة لتنفيذها.

The study aimed to outline a proposed educational vision to strength the community participation of female students of social studies at Taiba University by using Delphi method. To achieve this goals, the descriptive approach was used alongside the Delphi method, and two questionnaires were developed to collect the data. The study sample included (460) female students from the Department of Social Sciences at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Taibah University in Medina, in addition to a sample of (19) experts in a number of Saudi universities. The study results indicated that the strengthening fields of the community participation of female students of social studies at Taiba University inside and outside the campus from the perspectives of the students themselves came with a (medium degree), where the most notable of them are holding meetings with community members to attract financial support for poor families, holding an open day at the beginning of the academic year to introduce new female students to the goals of the Department of Social Studies, participate in national events, and provide religious tourism guidance services to visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque. It was also found that there are obstacles that limit strengthening of this participation from the perspectives of the students themselves with a (high degree), the most important of them are the lack of financial resources allocated by the university administration to strength the community participation of students, the weak interest of the university administration in its function in community service, and the weak focus of university courses on establishing the community participation. In addition to the absence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≤ α) between the averages of the study members' estimates regarding the obstacles that limit the strengthening of the community participation of female students of social studies at Taiba University due to two variables: (university level, specialization). The study ended with formulating a proposed educational vision to strength the community participation of female students of social studies at Taiba University by using Delphi method through five mechanisms represented in: (university courses, teaching methods used, role of faculty members, student activities, and university administration). The study recommended several recommendations, including: Embrace the proposed educational vision by the Ministry of Education and Taibah University to strength the community participation of female students of social studies, and work to provide the legislative, financial and human requirements necessary to implement it.
