المستخلص: تعتبر التكنولوجيا الرقمية أحد محددات وكفاءة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وتطوراته ومستجذاته في عصرنا الراهن، فهي التي تعكس المستوى الذي بلغه الفكر الإنساني نتيجة استمرارية التطورات والتراكمات العلمية عبر مستحدثاتها التقنية التي لا يمكن حصرها أو تعديد معالمها وتأثيراتها بشكل واضح وجلي نتيجة التسارع الذي يشهده البحث العلمي في الجامعات ومراكز البحوث في مختلف التخصصات العلمية والتي نقلت البحث العلمي من شكله الورقي الملموس التقليدي إلى شكله الرقمي العالمي الذي أصبح كضرورة تقتضيها متغيرات عصرنا، خاصة في ظل الطلب المتزايد عليها من قبل طلبة الدكتوراه نظام LMD الذين يعتبرون جوهر وأساس الثروة الفكرية التي لا بد من الاستثمار فيها بشكل فعال في الجامعة لبلوغ ركب الدول المتطورة علميا بعد استحداث هذا النظام الجديد في الجامعة الجزائرية.

Le numérique est l’un des déterminants et de l’efficacité de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche scientifique et de ses développements actuels: il reflète le niveau atteint par la pensée humaine grâce à la continuité des développements et accumulations scientifiques grâce à ses innovations technologiques, qui ne peuvent être ni clairement définies ni accélérées par l’accélération de la recherche scientifique dans les universités. Et les différents centres de recherche dans différentes disciplines scientifiques, qui ont transféré la recherche scientifique de sa forme traditionnelle en papier à sa forme numérique universelle, qui est devenue une nécessité requise par les variables de notre époque, compte tenu en particulier de la demande croissante des étudiants du études s supérieures , qui constituent une pierre précieuse.

Digital technology is considered one of the determinants and efficiency of higher education and scientific research and its developments and innovations in our time, as it reflects the level reached by human thought as a result of the continuity of scientific developments and accumulations through its technical innovations that neither can be calculated nor its features and effects enumerated clearly as a result of the acceleration witnessed by scientific research in Universities and research centers in various scientific disciplines, which transferred scientific research from its traditional actual paper to its global digital form, which has become a necessity required by the changes of our time, especially in light of the increasing demand for it by doctoral students, the LMD system, who are considered the core and basis of intellectual wealth that must be invested effectively in the university in order to reach the ranks of scientifically developed countries after the introduction of this new system at the Algerian university.
