لقد اصبح لزاماً على المؤسسات التعليمية في عالمنا المعاصر مواكبة التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي وما تمخض عنها من معلومات وتقنيات الاتصال والتي اثرت في جميع مجالات الحياة، بحيث أصبحت السمة المميزة في هذا العالم الذي يتصف بالانفجار المعرفي، اذ ينهال إلى الوجود وباستمرار فيض غزير من المعارف نتيجة لتقدم البحث العلمي في ميدان الحياة بشكل عام ومجالات العملية التعليمية بشكل خاص، وكان من مميزات هذا التقدم انه فرض حتمية تؤكد المزاوجة بين النظرية والتطبيق والعلم والعمل والتي نتج عنها مستحدثات وتطبيقات ومنجزات علمية أتاحت للمعلم والمتعلم المزيد من التوجه الاجتماعي والإنساني للمعرفة والنشاط الذاتي وممارسة الأداء ضمن مجالات العملية التعليمية المختلفة. لذا كان جلياً ان يحتم التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي على المؤسسات التعليمية أعداد ملاكات مؤهلة علمياً وتربوياً ومهنياً وفنياً تمتلك الخبرات التعليمية والمعلومات والمهارات الفنية التي تساعدهم على مواصلة طريقهم بأنفسهم وتحديد علاقات واضحة بما يحيط بهم من احتمالات ومتغيرات قد تفرضها تلك التطورات. لذلك أصبح من الضروري تحسين نوعية التعلم واتخاذ ذلك معياراً اساساً يقاس على وفقه مدى التقدم العلمي والرقي في المؤسسات التعليمية وأصبح الاهتمام بالتفكير العلمي من اساسيات تقدم المجتمعات والتسابق فيما بينها من أجل التفوق العلمي والتقني والتربوي. بناء على ما تقدم أصبحت تكنولوجيا التعليم تحتل مكاناً بارزاً على سلم أولويات المؤسسات التعليمية في جميع الدول لما تتميز به من دور كبير في تحسين واثراء تلك العملية، فضلاً عن ذلك إلى أن إهمالها يصبح امرأ غير مقبول من قبل المعلمين والمتعلمين. يهدف البحث الحالي إلى : 1. الكشف عن وظيفة تكنولوجيا التعليم في تطوير مجالات العملية التعليمية. 2. بناء أداة للتعرف عن دور تكنولوجيا التعليم في تغيير الأنماط التعليمية لمدرسي المواد (التربية الفنية، اللغة الإنكليزية، الأحياء). 3. تطبيق الأداة على عينة من التدريسيين في المدارس الثانوية (الحكومية والأهلية والمتميزين) للعام الدراسي 2015/ 2016 . تم استخدام بعض الوسائل الإحصائية لتحليل البيانات والمعلومات 1. تحليل التباين الأحادي Oneway Variance of Analysis : 2. الاختبار التائي : (t -test) استخدام الاختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين (لحساب متغير الجنس والاختصاص).

So it was evident that requires scientific and technological progress on educational institutions to prepare the cadres qualified scientifically and educationally and professionally and technically owns educational experiences, information and technical skills that will help them to continue their own way and to identify relationships and clear their surroundings of possibilities and variables may be imposed by these developments. Therefore, it became necessary to improve the quality of learning and making it a standard mainly measured on the jurisprudence of the extent of scientific progress and advancement in educational institutions and has become a concern to think of scientific fundamentals of the progress of societies and the scramble among themselves for supremacy of scientific, technical and educational. Based on the above technology has become Education occupies a prominent place on the ladder of priorities of educational institutions in all countries due to its significant role in improving and enriching the process, in addition to the neglect becomes unacceptable by teachers and learners.
