المستخلص: تستهدف الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه وتحد من مشاركة الطلبة في الأنشطة الطلابية التي تقدمها الجامعة، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دلالة الفروق في الاستجابات المتعلقة بالمعوقات التي تحد من مشاركة طلبة جامعة شقراء في الأنشطة التي تقدمها الجامعة تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس– نوع الكلية- المحافظة- الخبرة) والتوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتفعيل مشاركتهم في الأنشطة الطلابية في ضوء مدخل النظم من وجهة نظر مشرفي ومشرفات النشاط الطلابي بكليات الجامعة، ووضع التوصيات لتفعيل مشاركة الطلبة في الأنشطة التي تقدمها لهم الجامعة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الذي يتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة الحالية ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة تستهدف التعرف على معوقات مشاركة الطلبة في الأنشطة التي تقدمها الجامعة، وقد توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج وتم وضع التصور المقترح والتوصيات لتفعيل مشاركة الطلبة في الأنشطة التي تقدمها الجامعة من أهمها: 1- التركيز على توفير الإمكانيات اللازمة للأنشطة الطلابية حيث حصلت على المرتبة الأولى الأعلى بمتوسط بلغ قدره 2.3833 من وجهة نظر مشرفي ومشرفات الأنشطة الطلابية. 2- التركيز على الجوانب الدراسية والفنية والمهارات اللازمة للأنشطة الطلابية حيث حصلت على المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط بلغ قدره 2.2806 من وجهة نظر مشرفي ومشرفات الأنشطة الطلابية. 3- العمل وفق التصور المقترح لتفعيل الأنشطة الطلابية بكليات الجامعة في ضوء منهج مدخل النظم من وجهة نظر مشرفي ومشرفات النشاط الطلابي بكليات الجامعة.

The current study aims to identify the obstacles that face and limit the participation of students in the student activities provided by the university, and the study also aims to reveal the significance of the differences in the responses related to the obstacles that limit the participation of Shaqraa University students in the activities provided by the university according to the study variables (gender - gender). College - Governorate - Experience) and coming up with a proposed conception to activate their participation in student activities in light of the systems approach from the point of view of the supervisors and supervisors of student activity at the university's colleges, and make recommendations to activate the students ’participation in the activities provided by the university, and the researcher used the descriptive approach that is compatible with the nature of the current study and to achieve the study objectives. A questionnaire aimed at identifying the obstacles to students 'participation in the activities provided by the university, and the researcher reached a number of results and the proposed vision and recommendations were developed to activate students' participation in the activities provided by the university, the most important of which are: 1- Focusing on providing the necessary capabilities for student activities, as it ranked first with an average of 2.3833 from the viewpoint of the student activities supervisors and supervisors. 2- Focusing on the academic and technical aspects and skills necessary for student activities, where it ranked second with an average of 2.2806 from the viewpoint of the student activities supervisors and supervisors. 3- Work according to the proposed vision to activate student activities in university colleges in light of the systems approach approach from the viewpoint of the supervisors and supervisors of student activity in the university’s faculties.
