المستخلص: وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور مراكز تعليم الكبار في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب الجامعة، وتحديد المعوقات التي تحد من دور مراكز تعليم الكبار في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب الجامعة في محافظة أسيوط، والتوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور مراكز تعليم الكبار في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب الجامعة. تأتي أهمية الدراسة الحالية أنها تسعى إلى ترسيخ ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب الجامعة، وتوعيتهم بماهية التطوع، وآلياته؛ وذلك باستثمار طاقات وقدرات الطلاب. ومن الناحية التطبيقية تتمثل المشكلة في التصور المقترح لتفعيل دور مراكز تعليم الكبار في الجامعة لترسيخ ثقافة العمل التطوعي. تتبع الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي؛ نظرا لملاءمته لموضوع الدراسة، وطبيعة أهدافها؛ حيث يمكن الاعتماد عليه في جمع الدراسات ذات الصلة بالدراسة، وتحليلها؛ للإفادة منها في الدراسة الحالية، وجمع البيانات والحقائق والأدبيات المتعلقة بمراكز تعليم الكبار، وأهميتها، وفلسفتها، ودور الجامعة في تدعيم ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى طلاب الجامعة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أنه أن مراكز تعليم الكبار لها دور كبير في تعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي، وعلى أن مراكز تعليم الكبار في الجامعة تقوم بدورها في تمكين كافة الطلاب من تلبية احتياجاتهم، وأجمعت العينة على ضعف وعي الطلاب بمجالات تعليم الكبار واقتصارها على مجال محو الأمية، دون معرفتهم بباقي مجالات تعليم الكبار. وأوصت الدراسة بمبادرة مؤسسات التعليم المعنية بتعليم الكبار إلى إعطاء أهمية قصوى لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال واستخدامها في التعليم الإلكتروني، وإشراك المجتمع المحلي في عمليات التوجيه والمتابعة لمراكز تعليم الكبار بتبني أساليب عملية وموضوعية؛ لتجنب مواضع القصور والضعف أثناء تنفيذ برامج تعليم الكبار لضمان تحقيق الجودة.

The present study aimed at identifying the role of adult education centers in promoting the culture of volunteer work among university students, identifying the obstacles that limit the role of adult education centers in promoting the culture of volunteer work among university students in Assiut Governorate, and arriving at a proposed conception to activate the role of adult education centers in Promoting the culture of volunteer work among university students. The importance of the current study is that it seeks to instill a culture of volunteer work among university students, and make them aware of what volunteering is and its mechanisms. And by investing in students' energies and capabilities. In practice, the problem is represented in the proposed vision to activate the role of adult education centers in the university to instill a culture of volunteer work. The present study follows the descriptive approach; Given its relevance to the subject of study, and the nature of its objectives; Where it can be relied upon in collecting and analyzing studies related to the study. To be used in the current study, and to collect data, facts and literature related to adult education centers, their importance, philosophy, and the university’s role in strengthening the volunteer work culture among university students. The study reached several results, the most important of which is that adult education centers have a major role in promoting the culture of volunteer work, and that adult education centers at the university play their role in enabling all students to meet their needs, and the sample is unanimous on the students ’poor awareness of adult education fields and their limitation to the area of erasure. Illiteracy, without their knowledge of other areas of adult education. The study recommended the initiative of educational institutions concerned with adult education to give utmost importance to information and communication technology and its use in e-learning, and to involve the local community in the guidance and follow-up processes of adult education centers by adopting practical and objective methods. To avoid shortcomings and weaknesses while implementing adult education programs to ensure quality.
