المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي يؤديه أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في اكتشاف وتوجيه المواهب الشابة إلى نوادي ألعاب القوى في المرحلة المتوسطة وما هي المحددات التربوية لاكتشاف المواهب الشابة وتوجيهها إلى نوادي ألعاب القوى، وهل هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (&=0.05) في درجة ممارسة أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لعملية الاكتشاف والتوجيه على التلاميذ (الواعدين) الموهوبين من المؤسسات التربوية إلى نوادي ألعاب القوى تعزى للمؤشرات العلمية التي تقوم عليها عملية الاكتشاف والتوجيه ومبادئ وأسس الاكتشاف والتوجيه الرياضي، حيث أجريت الدراسة على تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة ببعض متوسطات الجزائر العاصمة، أما العينة فتكونت من 10 أساتذة و200 تلميذ. واستعمل الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقد تم استعمال الاستبيان بالنسبة لعينة الأساتذة والتلاميذ أهم النتائج أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لا يقومون بالتوجيه للتلاميذ الموهوبين على الوجه المتمم.

This study aims to find out the role that a professor of physical education and sports plays in discovering and directing young talents to athletics clubs in the middle stage and what are the educational determinants for discovering young talents and directing them to athletics clubs, and are there statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 = &) In the degree of practice of physical education and sports professors of the process of discovery and guidance on talented (promising) students from educational institutions to athletics clubs attributed to the scientific indicators on which the discovery and guidance process is based and the principles and foundations of sports discovery and guidance, where the study was conducted Intermediate school students must have some averages of Algiers, while the sample consisted of 10 teachers and 200 students. The researcher used the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire was used for the sample of teachers and students. The most important results are physical education and mathematical teachers who do not direct the gifted pupils in a complementary manner.

Cette étude visait à déterminer le rôle joué par l'enseignant d'éducation physique et de sport dans la découverte et la direction de jeunes talents dans les clubs d'athlétisme de niveau moyen. Quels sont les indicateurs pédagogiques permettant de découvrir les jeunes talents et de les diriger vers des clubs d'athlétisme? Y a-t-il des différences statistiquement significatives dans l'éducation physique et le sport dans le processus de découverte et de direction des étudiants talentueux au des établissements d'enseignement aux clubs sportifs ? En raison des indicateurs scientifiques qui sous-tendent le processus de découverte et d'orientation et les principes et les fondements de la découverte et des sports d'orientation, où l'étude a été menée sur les étudiants de niveau intermédiaire dans certaines écoles intermédiaires, en Algeria, l'échantillon comprenait 10 enseignants eT 200 étudiants
