المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس مدينة دمشق الثانوية وسبل تطويرها من وجهة نطر المديرين. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت استباتة مكونة من قسمين، يشتمل قسمها الأول على (23) فقرة خاصة بمتطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية، تندرج تحت ثلاثة محاور، في حين يشتمل القسم الثاني على (14) فقرة خاصة بسبل تطوير الإدارة الإلكترونية. وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، قامت الباحثة بتطبيقها على عينة عشوائية، تكونت من (86) مديرا ومديرة من مديري مدارس مرحلة التعليم الثانوي في محافظة دمشق للعام الدراسي 2019-2020. وخلص البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: - حصول (مجال المتطلبات البشرية) على أعلى درجة توفر لمتطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية؛ إذ بلغ متوسطه الحسابي (3.41)، بوزن نسبي (68.2)، وبدرجة توفر كبيرة. يليه (مجال المتطلبات الإدارية)؛ إذ بلغ متوسطه الحسابي (2.84)، بوزن نسبي (56.8)، وبدرجة توفر متوسطة. وحصل (مجال المتطلبات المادية) على أقل درجة توفر لمتطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية؛ إذ بلغ متوسطه الحسابي (2.79)، بوزن نسبي (55.8)، وبدرجة توفر متوسطة. وجاءت النتيجة الكلية لدرجة توفر متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية المتعلقة بالمجالات الثلاثة بمتوسط حسابي (3.01) ووزن نسبي (60.2)، وبدرجة توفر متوسطة. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات تقديرات مديري مدارس مرحلة التعليم الثانوي في محافظة دمشق لدرجة توفر متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية تبعا لمتغير الجنس. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات تقديرات مديري مدارس مرحلة التعليم الثانوي في محافظة دمشق لدرجة توفر لمتطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية تبعا لكل من متغيري الدورات التدريبية وسنوات الخدمة لصالح الذين اتبعوا دورات، وذوي الخدمة (أقل من 5 سنوات). وبناء على نتائج البحث قدمت الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات ولمقترحات تتعلق بضرورة تدريب المديرين على تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، وضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات في هذا المجال.

The goal of research is to know the requirements of implementing electronic management in Damascus secondary schools and ways of developing in from the view point of managers. To achieve this goal, use the T researcher of the descriptive approach, and prepared a T questionnaire composed of two parts, the first includes its section on (23) a special paragraph to the requirements of the application of management of electronic in schools stage secondary, fall under the three axes While the second section includes (14) paragraphs related to the means of developing electronic management. After making sure of the validity and reliability, the T researcher of applied on a random sample, which consisted of (86) director and director of stage principals of secondary education in the province of Damascus, for the academic year 2019 -2020. The research concluded the following results: - Share well (the area of human requirements) at the highest degree of availability to the requirements of the application of management of electronic in schools secondary stage; it reached was the middle of the arithmetic (3.41), the weight of a relative (68.2), and provide a great degree. Followed by (the area of administrative requirements); it reached was the middle of the arithmetic (2.84), the weight of a relative (56.8), and the degree of availability of medium. Earned (the area of material requirements) at least the degree of availability of the requirements of the application of management of electronic; as an average arithmetic (2.79), the weight of a relative (55.8), and the degree of availability of medium. The overall result came to the degree of availability of the requirements for the application of electronic management related to the three areas with an average score (3.01) and a relative weight (60.2), and an average degree of availability. - Not there are differences statistically significant between the mean managers estimate school stage education secondary in the province of Damascus to the degree of availability of the requirements of the application of management of electronic according to variable t sex. - There are differences statistically significant between the mean managers estimate school stage education secondary in the province of Damascus to the degree of availability of the requirements of the application of management of electronic depending on both variables t the training courses and years of service for the benefit of those who followed the sessions, and with the service (less than 5 years). - Based on the results presented T researcher set of recommendations and suggestions regarding the need to train managers on the application of management of electronic, and the need for further studies in this area.
