المستخلص: Political discourse is a specialized speech of the first class with great importance in the lives of nations and communities. Its importance stems from the importance of its content in the conduct of internal affairs and external relations, as well as from the position of the addressee. In the face of the urgent need to pass the political message, persuade the recipients of the speech and create the desired response, a politician can only use the power of word and linguistic rhetoric to achieve his goals. The use of idiomatic expressions in political discourse is one of the most desirable methods, as it combines influence on the audience receiving the speech and efficiency in drawing a clear political vision. However, its use would create problems for translators of this kind of specialized discourse, which has no room for error. This research, titled "Translating the Specialized Discourse (Political Discourse as an Example) Through the Translation of idiomatic Expressions", which aims to shed light on this linguistic phenomenon and the problem of its translation, contains two parts. The first was devoted to the theoretical study of political discourse. As for the second part, it was devoted to studying and translating idiomatic expressions. Le discours politique est un discours spécialisé de premier degré ayant une énorme importance dans la vie des nations et des sociétés qui relève de l’importance de son contenu dans la gestion interne et les relations externe voire le statut de son émetteur (politiciens). Face à la nécessité de faire passer le message, convaincre l’auditoire et créer chez lui la réaction souhaitée, le politicien n’a que l’usage de la langue et l’éloquence, comme une arme fatale, afin d’atteindre ses objectifs. Parmi les techniques de l’éloquence se situe l’usage des expressions figées qui sont propres à une langue donnée. L’usage de ces expressions posent énormément de problèmes aux traducteurs de ce type de discours, car l’erreur est intolérable. Ce travail intitulé "la Traduction du discours spécialisé (exemple de discours politique) à travers les expressions figées", qui a pour objet de mettre accent sur ce phénomène linguistique et le problème de sa traduction, est scindé en deux parties. La première est consacrée à l’étude théorique du discours politique et la deuxième est consacrée à la l’étude des expressions figées et leur traduction.

الخطاب السياسي خطاب متخصص من الدرجة الأولى ذو أهمية بالغة في حياة الأمم والمجتمعات. وتنبع أهميته من أهمية محتواه في تسيير الأمور الداخلية والعلاقات الخارجية وكذا من مكانة ملقي الخطاب. وأمام الحاجة الملحة إلى تمرير الرسالة السياسية وإقناع متلقيي الخطاب وخلق الاستجابة المرجوة منهم فإن السياسي لا يملك إلا استعمال قوة الكلمة والبلاغة اللغوية لبلوغ مأربه. يعد استخدام التعابير المسكوكة في الخطاب السياسي من الأساليب المحبذة فهو يجمع بين التأثير في الجمهور المتلقي للخطاب والنجاعة في رسم الرؤية السياسية الواضحة ومع ذلك فإن استخدامها من شأنه أن يخلق مشاكل لمترجمي هذا النوع من الخطابات المتخصصة والتي لا مجال فيها للخطأ. هذا البحث المعنون "ترجمة الخطاب المتخصص (الخطاب السياسي مثالا) من خلال ترجمة التعابير المسكوكة" الهادف إلى تسليط الضوء على هذه الظاهرة اللغوية ومشكل ترجمتها يحتوي على قسمين. خصص الأول للدراسة النظرية للخطاب السياسي. أما القسم الثاني فقد خصص لدراسة التعابير المسكوكة وترجمتها.
