هدفت هذه الورقة إلى معرفة فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لخفض اضطراب تشتت الانتباه لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية في مدينة جدة، وذلك من خلال إبراز أهمية البرامج التدريبية في علاج المشكلات السلوكية للتلاميذ. وفي سبيل تحقيق ذلك اتبعت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة، بلغ حجم عينة الدراسة (18) تلميذا منهم (12) من الذكور، و(6) من الإناث تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، تم تطبيق مقياس لتشتت الانتباه وكذلك تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي واللذان هما من إعداد الباحثة، وبعد تطبيق القياسين القبلي والبعدي قامت الباحثة بجمع البيانات وإدخالها إلى الحاسوب وتحليلها بواسطة الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية التالية اختبارات (ت) T.Test، SPSS العينة الواحدة، اختبارات (ت) T.Test للعينتين المستقلتين، اختبار (ف) لتحليل التباين الأحادي. وقد خلصت هذه الورقة إلى النتائج التالية: يؤدي البرنامج التدريبي إلى خفض اضطراب تشتت الانتباه لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية بمدينة جدة، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي في فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في خفض اضطراب تشتت الانتباه لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية تعزى للقياس البعدي، كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في خفض اضطراب تشتت الانتباه تعزى لمتغير النوع. وبناء على هذه النتائج كان من أهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها الورقة ضرورة وضع برامج تدريبية علاجية للتلاميذ في جميع المراحل الدراسية وخاصة التدخل المبكر وضرورة تدريب وتأهيل المعلمات على الأساليب الفعالة في تعديل سلوك التلاميذ واستخدام استراتيجيات التدريس المناسبة لطبيعة هذا الاضطراب وضرورة إعداد برامج تدريبية للوالدين للتغلب على المشكلات التربوية والسلوكية للتلاميذ وإشراكهم في الخطط العلاجية المنفذة في المدرسة والتي تعمل على تحسن عملية الانتباه والتركيز لدى التلاميذ.
This paper aimed at knowing and verifying the effectiveness of a training program specially prepared to reduce the Attention Deficiency Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) among primary school students in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia by highlighting the importance of training programs in the treatment of the pupil behavioral problems. In this respect, the Researcher followed the experimental approach of the same group and prepared special scales in order to apply it in measuring ADHD, and also in using the training program, which was also prepared by her. After applying the pre / post measurements, the Researcher collected the data and entered it into the computer and analyzed it by the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS), as well as by using the following statistical methods: T. Test for each sample, T. Test For the two independent samples and F test for mono-variance analysis. Hence the Researcher has reached the following conclusions: -The conducted Training Program has led to reducing this disorder (ADHD) among the experimental group members in Jeddah. It also showed that there were statistically significant variations in the effectiveness of the training program in reducing this Disorder attributed to the post measurements variable, however, there were no statistically significant variations in the effectiveness of the training program in reducing this Disorder among the members of the experimental group attributed to Gender variable. Based on the above results, the Researcher set some recommendations, the most important of which are: - The need to develop therapeutic training programs for students in early and all stages of education. - The need to develop training and rehabilitation programs for teachers on the effective methods for modifying the behavior of students. - Applying appropriate teaching strategies on the symptoms and nature of this disorder. - The need to prepare and provide parents with training programs to enable them to overcome the educational and behavioral problems of their children and involve them in the treatment plans implemented at the school. - It is recommended also that teachers must pay special attention to sensory teaching aids, sports programs and non-classroom activities that help to improve the process of attention and reduce Hyperactivity Disorder.
