المستخلص: يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة في تحديد دور التأهيل المرتكز على المجتمع لذوي الإعاقة في تفعيل سياسة الدمج بالمدارس العادية في مصر، واعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يصف الظاهرة ويفسرها، ويحدد العلاقات بين متغيرات الدراسة، وذلك لبيان دور التأهيل المرتكز على المجتمع لذوي الإعاقة لتفعيل سياسة الدمج لذوي الإعاقة وتلبية متطلبات دمج ذوي الإعاقة في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة، وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى ملامح الدور الذي يمكن للتأهيل المرتكز على المجتمع لذوي الإعاقة أن يقوم به في سبيل تفعيل سياسة الدمج لذوي الإعاقة، وذلك من خلال المشاركة في تقديم خدمات الاكتشاف والتدخل المبكر للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، ودعم أسر ذوي الإعاقة، ودعم التعليم المرن في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة، والدعوة إلى بيئة تعليمية فعالة ودامجة للجميع، ورفع مستوى الوعي بشأن التعليم الدامج، والمساهمة في تكييف المناهج وطرق التدريس لذوي الإعاقة، والشراكة مع مدارس التربية الخاصة، وتعبئة المجتمع لدعم الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفقراء، وإيجاد سياسات وطنية وخطط في مجال التعليم الدامج، وجعل برامج التعليم غير النظامي دامجة لذوى الإعاقة، والعمل على الاستفادة من فرص التعليم المستمر.

The main objective of the study is to define the role of community- based rehabilitation for people with disabilities in activating the integration policy in regular schools in Egypt, and the current study relied on the descriptive analytical approach that describes the and determines the relationships phenomenon and explains it, between the study variables, to show the role of community- based rehabilitation for people with disabilities to activate The integration policy for people with disabilities and meeting the requirements of integrating people with disabilities in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies. The current study reached the features of the role that community- based rehabilitation for people with disabilities can play in order to activate the integration policy for peopls with disabilities, and For you by participating in providing early detection and intervention services for children with disabilities, supporting families with disabilities, supporting flexible early childhood education, advocating for an effective and inclusive learning environment for all, raising awareness about inclusive education, and contributing to adapting curricula and teaching methods for people with disabilities Partnership with special education schools, mobilizing society to support children with poor disabilities, creating national pc' vies -and plans in the field of inclusive education, makirvs non-formal education programs inclusive of people with diqabilities, and working to take advantage of continuing education opportunities.
