|f No one worried about the danger of the Covid 19 virus, the effects of which were not limited to the health aspect of the human being, including the lives and injuries it has caused, but rather, leading to unprecedented social economic crises in recent decades which have affected every country in the world without exception . In differentiating between developed countries and their underdeveloped or developing counterparts, we find that the former have had the greatest share of losses and casualties, both human and economic.\nMorocco has not been excluded from this case, even if the human losses were few compared to the rest of the world thanks to the precautionary measures taken by the State early before the outbreak of the epidemic, but these measures remain a double-edged sword, because if they have largely contributed to reducing the number of infections deaths, in turn, have caused and produced an economic and social crisis due to the decision to stop economic activities.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
