The introduction of the new system, known well under the DML (Licence-Master-Doctorat) initials, marks a bend which wanted decisive through the will to place the student in the center of the university system. The finality or the purpose of the new system is to see the student-user invested with a new mission, that to be an actor and to take care of his learning. So, The individual history, the personality, the word, even the point of view of the student acquired a certain recognition in the university space. It is not any more only the intellectual training, but also the blooming of the student as one whom claims the university project. The DML (Licence-Master-Doctorat) system goes as far as including a new accompanying dimension : the tutor L’introduction du nouveau système, bien connu sous le sigle LMD, marque un tournant qui s’est voulu décisif à travers la volonté de placer l’étudiant au centre du système universitaire. La finalité du nouveau système est de voir l’étudiant-usager investi d’une nouvelle mission, celle d’être acteur et de prendre en charge son apprentissage. Ainsi, L'histoire individuelle, la personnalité, la parole, voire le point de vue de l’étudiant ont acquis une certaine reconnaissance dans l'espace universitaire. Ce n'est plus seulement la formation intellectuelle, mais aussi l'épanouissement de l’étudiant en tant que personne que revendique le projet universitaire.
