يعد مسرح الطفل أحد الوسائل الفاعلة في تنمية الأطفال عقلياً، عاطفياً، جمالياً، لغوياً وثقافياً. كما يلعب مسرح الطفل دوراً مهماً كوسيلة إعلامياً وتربوياً يحتاج إليها المجتمع. وشغل الحديث عن ظاهرة التنمر حيزاً كبيراً على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أو في وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، والتي كشفت الكثير من الأزمات النفسية والمشاكل التي لم تكن ظاهرة قبل الحديث عنها. وأدى اهتمام المؤسسات والهيئات المختلفة المحلية والدولية الخاصة بحماية الأسرة والطفل بظاهرة التنمر من خلال معرفة تعريفها، أسبابها، أشكالها، أنواعها وكيفية مواجهة تلك الظاهرة. ويعد استخدام المسرح كوسيلة من وسائل الإعلام لمواجهة تلك الظاهرة داخل المؤسسات التربوية. يعرض هذا البحث: - إعداد ورشة عمل مكونة من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة إعلام تربوي، مجموعة المسرح، كلية التربية النوعية، جامعة القاهرة في إطار التربية الميدانية حول تعريف ظاهرة التنمر ومعالجة تلك الظاهرة معالجة فنية من خلال كتابة نص مسرحي وبمساعدة باقي عناصر العرض المسرحي (ديكور، إضافة، موسيقى، ...) - قامت تلك الورشة داخل قصر ثقافة الجيزة من خلال تعاون بين جامعة القاهرة (كلية التربية النوعية) والهيئة العامة لقصور الثقافة (قصر ثقافة الجيزة). مشكلة البحث: تدور مشكلة البحث حول محوريين: 1- ظاهرة التنمر. 2- المعالجة الفنية لظاهرة التنمر من خلال كتابة نص مسرحي (عناصر البناء الدرامي)، وعرض مسرحي (عناصر العرض المسرحي) مقدم للأطفال. 3- السؤال الرئيس للبحث: 4- كيفية إعداد معالجة فنية لظاهرة التنمر من خلال كتابة نص مسرحي/ عرض مسرحي مقترح لطلاب الفرقة الثالثة إعلام تربوي، مجموعة المسرح، جامعة القاهرة في إطار مادة التدريب الميداني. أهمية البحث: يكتسب هذا البحث أهميته من خلال الاعتبارات الآتية: 1- انتشار ظاهرة التنمر في مجتمع الأطفال وبخاصة المدارس. 2- استخدام المسرح كوسيلة من الوسائل الإعلامية المباشرة التربوية المهمة. أهم نتائج البحث: 1- تعريف ظاهرة التنمر للطلاب المعلمين (طلاب كلية التربية النوعية، جامعة القاهرة). 2- تدريب الطلاب المعلمين على تحويل ظاهرة التنمر إلى معالجة درامية مكتوبة لنص مسرحي. 3- تدريب الطلاب المعلمين على مناقشة ظاهرة التنمر من جميع الجوانب سواء أسبابها وأشكالها وأنواعها. 4- تدريب الطلاب المعلمين على تحويل ظاهرة التنمر إلى فكرة عمل درامي مسرحي من خلال عناصر البناء الدرامي (البداية والوسط والنهاية). 5- تدريب الطلاب المعلمين على تحويل النص الدرامي إلى عرض مسرحي من خلال عناصر العرض المسرحي. 6- تدريب الطلاب المعلمين على استخدام عناصر العرض المسرحي في التعبير عن ظاهرة التنمر وإظهار جوانب تلك الظاهرة من خلال (الإضاءة، الديكور، والموسيقى) عناصر الرؤية البصرية والتشكيلية.
Child Theater is one of the active media which develop the children mentally, emotionally, aesthetically, linguistically and culturally. Also, have an important role in the society development at both sides, education and mass communication. Phenomenon of Bullying speeded in the social media and advertising media, which reveals many hiding psychological crisis and problems. The interest of different local and international organizations and authorities concerned with child and family protection with Bullying phenomenon through clarifying its definition, causes, forms and types, and how to with stands this phenomenon. The theatre usage as a part of media to confront that phenomenon inside the educational institutions. This research displays: - Preparing a workshop consisting of the students of the third class of educational media Dept. - the theatre group- Faculty of Specific Education- Cairo University- as a part of practical education subject on the definition of Bullying phenomenon and displaying it artistically through writing a manuscript and with the help of the rest of the performance elements (décor – lightening – music … Etc.). - That workshop was performed inside Giza Culture Palace through cooperation between Cairo University (Faculty of Specific Education) and the General Organization of Culture Palaces (Giza Culture Palace). The research issue: The work issue revolves around two points: 1. The phenomenon of Bullying. 2. Artistically displaying the Bullying phenomenon trough writing a manuscript (drama elements) and a children targeted performance (elements of theatre performance). The research questions: How to artistically display the Bullying phenomenon through writing a manuscript / suggested performance to the third class students Educational Media- the theatre group – Cairo University as a part of the Practical Education subject. The research importance: This study gains importance through the following considerations:- 1. The spread of the Bullying phenomenon in the children's community especially in schools. 2. The theatre usage as a part of important educational media. Study results:- 1. Identifying the Bullying phenomenon to the teaching students (the student of Faculty of Specific Education- Cairo University). 2. Training of the teaching students on turning the Bullying phenomenon into a written artistically displayed manuscript. 3. Training the teaching students on discussing the Bullying phenomenon from all sides causes forms and types. 4. Training the teaching students on turning the Bullying phenomenon into a dramatic theatre work idea through the drama elements (the start- the middle and the end). 5. Training the teaching students on turning the manuscript into a performance through the performance elements. 6. Training the teaching students on the usage of the performance elements in expressing the Bullying phenomenon and showing its sides through (lightening- décor – music) the elements of the visual and plastic vision.
