المستخلص: تمثلت أهداف هذه الدراسة التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين إدارة الطالبة الجامعية المغتربة لمواردها الحياتية بمحاورة الثلاثة (إدارة الوقت، إدارة الجهد، إدارة المصروف الشخصي) والسلوك الاستقلالي للطالبة بمحاورة الثلاثة (الاعتماد على النفس وتحمل المسؤولية، الثقة بالنفس والإحساس بقيمة الذات، القدرة على إبداء الرأي واتخاذ القرار) وبعض والمتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لأسرة عينة البحث (سن الطالبة، حجم الأسرة، مدة الإقامة بعيدا عن الأسرة، تعليم الأم، تعليم الأب، فئات الدخل الشهري) وتحديد طبيعة الفروق بين الطالبات المغتربات عينة البحث (الحضريات والريفيات ـ المقيمات في المدينة الجامعية والسكن الخاص) في كل من إدارة الطالبة لمواردها الحياتية والسلوك الاستقلالي لها والتعرف على طبيعة الاختلافات بين الطالبات عينة الدراسة في كل من إدارة الطالبة الجامعية المغتربة لمواردها الحياتية بمحاورة الثلاثة والسلوك الاستقلالي لها بمحاورة الثلاثة تبعا لكل من (السن، الفرقة الدراسية، الجامعة، ترتيب الطالبة بين أخوتها، المستوى التعليمي للأم، المستوى التعليمي للأب، مهنة الأب، مهنة الأم، فئات الدخل الشهري). اتبعت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيت تم إعداد وتقنين استبيان إدارة الطالبة الجامعية المغتربة لمواردها الحياتية واستبيان السلوك الاستقلالي لها تم تطبيقها على عينة من الطالبات تم اختيارها بطريقة صدفية غرضية مكونة من 215 طالبة مغتربة من جامعات مختلفة وكليات مختلفة ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى معنوية 0.01 بين إدارة الطالبة الجامعية المغتربة لمواردها الحياتية بمحاورة الثلاثة والسلوك الاستقلالي لها بمحاورة الثلاثة، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات الطالبات (المقيمات في المدينة الجامعية والطالبات المقيمات في سكن خاصـة الريفيات والحضريات) في المجموع الكلي لاستبيان إدارة الموارد واستبيان السلوك الاستقلالي، وجود تباين دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.001 بين الطالبات عينة الدراسة في إدارة الموارد الحياتية ككل تبعا لكل من (الكلية، الجامعة) التي تدرس بها الطالبة لصالح كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة الأزهر ولصالح جامعة الأزهر الشريف على التوالي بينما لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين الطالبات عين الدراسة في كل من (السن، الفرقة الدراسية، ترتيب الطالبة بين أخوتها، تعليم الأم، تعليم الأب، مهنة الأم، مهنة الأب، فئات الدخل الشهري)، كما يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين الطالبات عينة الدراسة في السلوك الاستقلالي ككل تبعا لكل من (الفرقة الدراسية، الكلية، الجامعة) عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 - 0.01 - 0.001 ولصالح الفرقة الرابعة وكلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة الأزهر وجامعة الأزهر على التوالي بينما لا يوجد تباين دال إحصائيا بين الطالبات عين الدراسة في كل من (السن، ترتيب الطالبة بين أخوتها، تعليم الأم، تعليم الأب، مهنة الأم، مهنة الأب، فئات الدخل الشهري). قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات كان أهمها ضرورة تعزيز المناهج الدراسية وإثرائها بالمواد والأنشطة التي تنمي مهارات إدارة الموارد لدى الطالبات الجامعيات وبصفة خاصة في الكليات التي لا يوجد ضمن مناهجها مواد خاصة بالإدارة حيث أكدت الدراسة أن التباين بين الطالبات في إدارة الموارد كان لصالح كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة الأزهر والتي يدرس ضمن مناهجها مواد الإدارة اعتبارا من الفرقة الأولى كما أنهن كن الأعلى في السلوك الاستقلالي كذلك حث الأسر على أن تكون قدوة لأبنائها في إدارة الموارد بكفاءة والعمل على تنمية القدرة الإدارية لأبنائها من خلال إشراكهم في إدارة موارد الأسرة وشئونها مما يؤهلهم لتحمل المسئولية ويعزز السلوك الاستقلالي لديهم.

The objectives of this study were to identify the nature of the relationship between the management of the expatriate student and her life resources through the three axes (time management, effort management, personal expense management) And the student's independent behavior by three axes (Self reliance, responsibility, self confidence, sense of self worth, ability to express opinions and make decisions) And some socio- economic variables of the study sample family (student's age family size educational level for father and mother monthly income categories) And to Determining the nature of the differences between expatriate students of the study sample (urban and rural - residents in the University City and private housing) In both the management of the student's life resources and its independent behavior And to identify the nature of the differences between the students sample study in each of the management of the university student expatriate resources life through the three axes And its independent behavior with the three axes Depending on (age, grade, university, rank of student among sibling, mother's educational level, father's level of education, father's profession, mother's profession, monthly income categories. The study was followed by the analytical descriptive approach, where the questionnaire of the management of the expatriate university student for its life resources was prepared and the questionnaire of its independent behavior was applied to a sample of The students were selected in a psoriatic way, consisting of 215 expatriate students from different universities, colleges and different socio economic levels. The results showed that there was a positive correlation with a significant function at a significant level of 0.01 Between the management of the university student expatriate resources life through the three axes And its independent behavior with the three axes There were no statistically significant differences between the average female students (Residents in the university city and female students residing in private housing rural and urban) In the total resource management questionnaire and the independent behavior questionnaire , There was a statistically significant difference at the level of significance of 0.001 among the students of the study sample in the management of life resources as a whole according to each (College, University) Which taught the student in it of the Faculty of Home Economics, Al Azhar University and for the University of Al Azhar Sharif, respectively While There is no statistically significant difference between the students in the study in (Age, school group, student arrangement among her siblings, mother'sed ucation, father's education, mother's profession, father's profession, monthly income categories. there was also a statistically significant difference between the students in the study sample in the independent behavior as a whole (study group, College, University) At a significant level of 0.05 - 0.01 0.001 For the fourth group and the Faculty of Home Economics, Al Azhar University and Al Azhar University, respectively While There is no statistically significant difference between the students in the study (age, student arrangement among her siblings, mother's education, father's education, mother's profession, father's profession, monthly income categories). The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which was the need to strengthen the curriculum and enrich it with materials and activities that develop the skills of resource management among female university students, especially in faculties where there are no special courses for administration The study stressed that the disparity between the students in the management of resources was in favor of the Faculty of Home Economics, Al Azhar University, which studies the courses of management as from the First band and they were the highest in the independent behavior, as well as urging families to set an example for their children in efficient management of resources and work on development The administrative capacity of their children through their involvement in the management of family resources and affairs, which qualifies them to assume responsibility and enhances their independent behavior.
