المستخلص: يعد مفهوم الإدارة بكلية التربية الفنية هو الاستخدام الفعال والكفء للموارد البشرية والمادية والمالية والمعلومات والأفكار والوقت الخاص بالكلية من خلال العمليات الإدارية المتمثلة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتنظيم والتوجيه والرقابة بغرض تحقيق أهداف ورسالة الكلية، وتعرف الإدارة بأنها تلك المجموعة من العمليات المنسقة والمتكاملة والتي تشمل أساساً التخطيط، التنظيم، التوجيه والرقابة، حيث يراها ويب على أنها المختصة بتجنب أي ضياع في الجهد الإنساني وتدور مشكلة البحث حول عدم توقف الإدارة الاستراتيجية على مجرد الفكر الاستراتيجي فقط كي تتم التنمية البشرية المستدامة داخل الكلية والتي يعد الطالب خريج المستقبل هو حجر الزاوية فيها ولكن لحدوث التطوير المأمول والقدرة التنافسية المستدامة تطلب ذلك مدى فاعلية ذلك التخطيط الاستراتيجي في تحقيق أهداف الكلية ولن يتم ذلك دون تعاون أعضاء الكلية مع بعضهم البعض كفريق عمل وكقوة بشرية واحدة من أعضاء هيئة تدريس ومعاونيهم والإداريين والعاملين بالكلية وعلى رأس القائمة الطالب مع الإدارة وتعميق الفكر الجمعي وتعزيز المشاركة واتصال وجهات النظر المتنوعة أمام التحديات التي تتمثل في تغير ثقافة المجتمعات وبالتالي اختلاف أساليب إدارة المؤسسات التربوية الفنية على الصعيد العالمي والقومي والمحلي لذلك كان أمام الإدارة اليوم تحديات معقدة النماذج الذهنية المتعبة والموارد الاقتصادية والبشرية المتاحة وأساليب التعليم والتعلم القائمة، وعلى ذلك استوجب استخدام الإدارة كل ما لديها من كفاءات ومهارات التفكير الاستراتيجي وتدعيم وتكميل المهارات التحليلية بالفهم متعدد الطبقات ويهدف البحث إلى إيجاد مدخل للتنمية البشرية بكلية التربية الفنية قائم على استخدام الإدارة الاستراتيجية. والتأكيد على استخدام مبادئ الإدارة الاستراتيجية من تخطيط وتنظيم وتوجيه ورقابة، والكفاءة في استخدام موارد الكلية المختلفة سواء الموارد البشرية أو الاقتصادية المادية. والتحقق من فاعلية التخطيط الاستراتيجي لأهداف الكلية. وتعد أهمية البحث فيما يسعى إليه من تقديم فكر استراتيجي يدعم إدارة التربية الفنية. وتتضح أهمية البحث لما سيتيحه من إيجاد سبل لاستغلال موارد كلية التربية الفنية الاستغلال الأمثل. وتظهر أهمية البحث في الرؤية المستقبلية لتنمية المهارات الإدارية (فكرية وإنسانية وفنية) للقيادة التربوية الفنية ويساعد على توقع بعض القضايا الاستراتيجية حيث يساعد على توقع أي تغيير محتمل في البيئة التي تعمل فيها الكلية ووضع الاستراتيجيات اللازمة للتعامل معه ويتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولكي نتمكن من الإجابة على تساؤلات البحث وتحقيق الأهداف تتطلب ذلك وضع رؤية للإدارة الاستراتيجية كمدخل للتنمية البشرية بالتربية الفنية.
