هدف البحث الحالي إلي التعرف علي أثر برنامج مقترح في التنمية المهنية قائم علي مدخل النظم لتطوير الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي التربية الفنية وأثر ذلك علي اتجاه طلابهم نحو المادة وأتبع البحث الحالي المنهج الشبه التجريبي باستخدام التصميم شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعتين وتكونت مجموعة البحث من (٣٢) معلم ومعلمة تم تقسيمهم إلي مجموعتين تجريبية وعددها (١٦) وضابطة وعددها (١٦) ومجموعة معلمين للتجربة الاستطلاعية عددهم (٣٠) ومجموعتان أخرتان من طلاب معلمي التربية الفنية وعددهم (٣٢٠) مقسمة إلي مجموعتين مجموعة تجريبية وعددها (١٦٠) ومجموعة ضابطة وعددها (160) وكذلك عينة استطلاعية من طلاب مجتمع البحث وعددهم (52) تلميذ وتلميذة ولتحقيق أغراض البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد الأدوات والمواد التالية: قائمة الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي التربية الفنية، استمارة تحكيم برنامج التربية المهنية المقترح وإعداد البرنامج المقترح في التنمية المهنية قائم علي مدخل النظم، إعداد الاختبار التحصيلي المعرفي للبرنامج المقترح، بطاقة ملاحظة للأداء التدريسي لمعلم التربية الفنية، وكذلك مقياس الاتجاه نحو المادة لطلاب معلمي التربية الفنية (عينة البحث)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلي النتائج التالية: وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة (معلمين) في التطبيق البعدي على الاختبار التحصيلي المعرفي وأبعاده وذلك لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية (معلمين) في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على الاختبار التحصيلي المعرفي وأبعاده وذلك لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كما أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة (معلمين) في التطبيق البعدي على بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي لمعلم التربية الفنية وأبعادها وذلك لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي لمعلم التربية الفنية وأبعادها وذلك لصالح التطبيق البعدي. كما أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة (طلاب) في التطبيق البعدي على مقياس الاتجاه نحو مادة التربية الفنية بأبعاده وذلك لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية (طلاب) في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي على مقيس الاتجاه نحو مادة التربية الفنية بأبعاده وذلك لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وأوصت الدراسة باستخدام مدخل النظم كأحد مداخل الإعداد وبناء برامج التربية المهنية لمعلمي التربية الفنية بمفهومه الواسع ومراعاته للفروق الفرية وتوفير البدائل عن طريق التغذية الراجعة لتلك البرامج، وغيرها من التوصيات كما قامت الدراسة بمجموعة من المقترحات المرتبطة بما أسفرت عنه الدراسة من نتائج.
The current study aimed to investigate the effect of a proposed program in professional development based on system approach for developing the teaching performance of art educators and assessing its effect on their pupils' attitude toward the subject. The current study followed an experimental methodology with a quasi experimental design along with two groups. The participants were a group of 32 male and female teachers divided into two sub-groups: one as a treatment group of 16 teachers and the other as control group of 16 teachers too. Piloting group consisted of a group of 30 teachers and two other groups of 320 art educators' pupils divided into two groups: a treatment group of 160 pupils and a control one of 160 pupils too. There was also a pilot group of 52 male and female pupils from the research society. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher developed the following instruments and materials: a list of training needs of art educators, arbitration form of the proposed professional development program and developing the proposed program in professional development based on system approach, developing the achievement cognitive test on the proposed program, a checklist of the teaching performance of art educators, and attitude toward the subject of art educators' pupils (the sample). The study concluded with the following results: There are statistically significant differences at 0.01 significance level between the mean scores of the treatment and control groups (of teachers) in the post- administration of the achievement cognitive test and its dimensions, favoring the treatment group. Furthermore, there are statistically significant differences at 0.01 significance level between the mean scores of the treatment (of teachers) in the pre-post administrations of the achievement cognitive test and its dimensions, favoring the post-measurement. Additionally, there are statistically significant differences at 0.01 significance level between the mean scores of the treatment and control groups (of teachers) in the post-administration of the checklist of teaching performance of art educators and its dimensions, favoring the treatment group. There are also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the treatment and control groups (of pupils) in the post-administration of the scale of pupils' attitude toward art education subject matter and its dimensions, favoring the treatment group. Similarly, there are also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the treatment group (of pupils) in the pre-post administrations of the scale of pupils' attitude toward art education subject matter and its dimensions, favoring the post-administration. The study recommends the use of system approach as an approach to preparation and development of professional development of art educators in its broad sense, teachers' consideration of individual differences among pupils, offering alternatives through feedback on such programs, along with other recommendations. The study offered a sum of suggestions relevant to the results of the study.
