المستخلص: يناقش البحث تطور إنشاء أول كلية تعمل بنظام التعليم عن بعد بكلية العلوم الاسلامية للوافدين بجامعة الأزهر الشريف، والتي تهدف لتدريس العلوم الإسلامية والعربية للطلاب الوافدين من كل أنحاء العالم، والذي تنظمه المنظمة العالمية لخريجي الأزهر بالتعاون مع جامعة الأزهر. هدف البحث الحالي لعرض وتقييم تجربة كلية العلوم الإسلامية للوافدين بنظام التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر الدارسين الملتحقين بالكلية، ومن وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس المعدين لمقررات الكلية والمحاضرين. واختار الباحث تطبيق دراسته على الدارسين بكلية العلوم الإسلامية للوافدين وعددهم (192) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحث بإعداد استبانة تمثلت محاورها في: نظام التسجيل والقبول الالكتروني - نظام المقررات الالكترونية - نظام إدارة التعلم والاتصال عن بعد- نظام الاختبارات الالكترونية، وقد تم التأكد من صدق أداة الدراسة وثباتها وفقاً للطرق الإحصائية المعتمدة، كما استخدم الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل النتائج للتعرف على دلالة الفروق الإحصائية بناء على استجابات أفراد العينة. وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها وجود جوانب إيجابية عديدة الى جانب بعض القصور في فاعلية نظام القبول والتسجيل الالكتروني، كما قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات لزيادة تفعيل وكفاءة نظام التعليم عن بعد لكلية العلوم الإسلامية للوافدين.

The research discusses the development of the establishment of the first faculty operating in the distance education system at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences for Expatriates at Al-Azhar University, which aims to teach Islamic and Arabic sciences for international students from all over the world, which is organized by the World Organization of Al-Azhar Graduates in cooperation with Al-Azhar University. The aim of the current research is to present and evaluate the experience of the College of Islamic Sciences for expatriates in the distance education system from the viewpoint of students enrolled in the college, and from the viewpoint of faculty members prepared for the decisions of the college and lecturers. The researcher chose to apply his study to students at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences for expatriates and their number is (192). To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire whose axes were: electronic registration and admission system - electronic courses system - remote learning and communication management system - electronic testing system, and the validity of the study tool was confirmed Its stability according to the approved statistical methods. The researcher also used statistical methods to analyze the results to identify the significance of the statistical differences based on the responses of the sample members. The researcher reached a set of results, the most important of which was the presence of several positive aspects along with some shortcomings in the effectiveness of the electronic admission and registration system. The research also presented a set of recommendations to increase the activation and efficiency of the distance education system for the Islamic Sciences College for Expatriates.
