المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الاهتمامات والاتجاهات الحديثة (الدولية /العالمية) في تربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتحديث التشريعات المتعلقة بتربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف التقنيات الحديثة (تقنيات التكنولوجيا الحديثة) ودورها في تربية وتعليم تلك الفئة من الأفراد، بالإضافة إلى تناول الدمج من المنظور الحديث، وأساليب التعليم والتدريس الحديثة المستخدمة في تربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتعرف تربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، والوقوف على واقع تربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات بجمهورية مصر العربية في ضوء الاتجاهات الحديثة، وذلك تمهيدا للوصول إلى تصور مقترح لمدى الاستفادة من الاتجاهات الحديثة في تطوير تربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بجمهورية مصر العربية. وتم اختيار عينة من مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمحافظة أسوان، وبعض المتخصصين في مجال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي في تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، مع استخدام عدة أدوات منها: المقابلات الشخصية المقننة مع المديرين والمعلمين، ومع المسئولين عن تربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات بهدف تعرف مدى موافقتهم على الاستفادة من الاتجاهات الحديثة في تطوير تربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، واستبيان (من إعداد الباحث) لدراسة ذلك، وطبقت أداة الدراسة على عينة من المديرين والمعملين والمسئولين عن تربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات عددهم (105) فردا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها ما يلي: ١. الموافقة بدرجة عالية على ضرورة الإقرار بحقوق ذوي الإعاقة ومساواتهم ببقية أفراد المجتمع. 2. الموافقة بدرجة عالية على ضرورة توفير التكنولوجيا المساندة بأنواعها المختلفة حسب نوع المرحلة التعليمية ودرجة كل إعاقة. وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم تصور مقترح لمدى الاستفادة من الاتجاهات الحديثة في تطوير تربية وتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بجمهورية مصر العربية.

The study aimed at knowing the modern interests and trends (international / global)in raising and education of people with special needs, and updating the legislation related to the upbringing and education of people with special needs. The study also aimed at identifying modern technologies (modern technology techniques) and its role in raising and educating that category of individuals. This is in addition to addressing the inclusion from a modern perspective, and modern methods of education and teaching used in the education of people with special needs, also identifying the upbringing and education of people with special needs. Moreover, standing on the reality of education and education of people with special needs in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the light of recent trends, in preparation for reaching a suggested perception of the extent to which the trends can be used. A sample was selected from schools for people with special needs in Aswan Governorate, and some specialists in the field of people with special needs. The descriptive approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study, with the use of several tools, including: standardized personal interviews with directors and teachers, and with those responsible for raising and educating people with needs in order to know the extent of their agreement to benefit from recent trends in the development of education and education of people with special needs, and a questionnaire (prepared by the researcher). The study tool was applied on a sample of managers, labs, and those responsible for raising and educating people with needs including (105) individuals, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are the following: 1. Agreeing with a high degree on the need to recognize the rights of people with disabilities and their equality with the rest of society. 2. Agreeing with a high degree on the necessity of providing various types of supporting technology according to the type of educational stage and the degree of each disability. The study ended by presenting a suggested proposal of the extent to which modern trends can be used in the development of education and education for people with special needs in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
