المستخلص: المعلم النوعي شأنه شأن غيره في المهن الأخرى مطالب بتطوير نفسه باستمرار تطويراً ذاتياً، وللمعلم النوعي المتخصص في التدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة دوره المهم في توفير الفرص التعليمية التي تساعد الطلاب في تنمية قدراتهم المختلفة، وفي تزويد الطلاب بالمواقف المختلفة التي تتحدي قدراتهم على اختلاف مستوياتهم من الفهم أو المعرفة. ولتفعيل دور المعلم النوعي المتخصص في التدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة نحو الأفضل، كان من المهم تحديد الاحتياجات التدريسية التي يجب أن يلتزم بها في عمله التدريسي؛ لتكون دليلاً ومرشداً تربوياً للمعلم المتخصص في التدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بما يسهم في تحسين التعلم. اشتمل الاحتياجات التدريسية على خمسة محاور رئيسة، هي: "الجانب المعرفي والتطوير المهني، الجانب التخطيطي، الجانب التنفيذي، الجانب الإداري، الجانب التقويمي"؛ والتي هدفت إلى تطوير أداء المعلم النوعي، وتشجعه لإحداث التغيير من أجل التحسين ورفع كفاءة الطلاب، والوصــول إلى تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة. سعى البحث الحالي إلى الإجابة عن ما يلي: 1. ما الاحتياجات التدريسية التي يجب توافرها في أداء المعلم النوعي للتدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة؟ 2. ما التصور المقترح لتطوير أداء المعلم النوعي في ضوء الاحتياجات التدريسية؟ وللإجابة عن السؤالين تم بناء ما يلي: - استبيان لتحديد الاحتياجات التدريسية للمعلم النوعي. - بطاقة مقابلة مع عدد من المعلمين والمعلمات لتحديد مدى أهمية هذه الاحتياجات التدريسية. - التصور المقترح لتطوير أداء المعلم النوعي المتخصص في التدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في ضوء الاحتياجات التدريسية التي تم تحديدها. استخدام نموذج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS، وتم تحليل الدرجات الخام للبحث، وأسفر هذا التحليل عن النتائج الآتية: 1. يجب توافر بعض الاحتياجات التدريسية لدى المعلم النوعي المتخصص في التدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. 2. تم وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء المعلم النوعي للتدريس لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في ضوء تلك الاحتياجات التدريسية.

The qualitative teacher, like others in other professions, is required to continuously develop himself, and the qualitative teacher specializing in teaching for people with special needs has an important role in providing educational opportunities that help students develop their various abilities, and in providing students with different situations that challenge their abilities at different levels of understanding Or knowledge. And to activate the role of a qualitative teacher specialized in teaching for people with special needs to the best, it was important to determine the teaching needs that he must adhere to in his teaching work. To be an educational guide and guide for the teacher specializing in teaching for people with special needs, which contributes to improving learning. The teaching needs consisted of five main axes, which are: "the knowledge aspect and professional development, the planning side, the executive side, the administrative aspect, and the evaluation aspect"; Which aimed to develop the qualitative performance of the teacher, and encourage him to bring about change in order to improve and raise the efficiency of students, and to reach the desired goals. The current research sought to answer the following: 1. What are the teaching needs that must be met in the qualitative performance of the teacher in teaching for people with special needs? 2. What is the proposed vision for developing the qualitative teacher performance in light of the teaching needs? - To answer the two questions, the following was constructed: - A questionnaire to determine the teaching needs of a qualitative teacher. - An interview card with a number of male and female teachers to determine the importance of these teaching needs. The proposed vision for developing the performance of a qualitative teacher specializing in teaching for people with special needs in light of the teaching needs that have been identified. Using the SPSS statistical analysis model, and the raw scores were analyzed for the research, and this analysis resulted in the following results: 1. Some teaching needs must be met by the specific teacher who specializes in teaching for people with special needs. 2. A proposed perception was developed to develop the qualitative performance of the teacher for teaching for people with special needs in light of those teaching needs.
