المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تحديد كفاءات الأداء المهني في ضوء نموذج تيباك لدي معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي حسب متغيرات الدراسة (سنوات الخبرة - الدرجة العلمية)، وتحديد اتجاه معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي نحو متطلبات مجتمع التعلم المهني حسب متغيرات الدراسة (سنوات الخبرة - الدرجة العلمية)، وتم إعداد معيار كفاءات الأداء المهني لمعلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي في ضوء نموذج تيباك، وشملت أدوات البحث على مقياس تصور معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي عن كفاءة الأداء المهني في ضوء تيباك، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو متطلبات مجتمع التعلم المهني، وتم إعداد أدوات البحث إلكترونيا وتطبيقها على عينة من معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي بلغ عددهن (150 معلمه)، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق في كفاءات الأداء المهني في ضوء نموذج تيباك لدى معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي لصالح الأكثر في سنوات الخبرة والأعلى في الدرجة العلمية، كما أكدت نتائج البحث وجود فروق في مقياس اتجاه معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي نحو متطلبات مجتمع التعلم المهني لدي معلمات الاقتصاد المنزلي لصالح المعلمات الأعلى في الدرجة العلمية والأكثر في عدد سنوات الخبرة، وفى ضوء النتائج تم تصميم تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي لتنمية الأداء المهني لمعلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي في ضوء نموذج تيباك ومتطلبات مجتمع التعلم المهني وتطبيق البرنامج على عينة تجريبية بلغ عددها (30 معلمة حديثة التخرج)، وأسفرت نتائج التطبيق عن فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية الأداء المهني لمعلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي في ضوء نموذج تيباك لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وفاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية الاتجاه نحو متطلبات مجتمع التعلم المهني لمعلمة الاقتصاد المنزلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي.

The research aims to determine the competencies of professional performance in the light of the TPACK model of home economics teachers according to the study variables (years of experience - academic degree), and to determine the direction of the home economics teachers towards the requirements of the professional learning community according to the study variables (years of experience- academic degree), and a standard was prepared The competencies of the professional performance of the home economics teacher in light of the TPACK model. The research tools included the scale of perception of home economics parameters about the efficiency of performance, the trend towards the requirements of the professional learning community, and the research tools were prepared electronically and applied to a sample of (150) home economics teachers. The results of the research for the existence of differences in the competencies of professional performance in light of the TPACK model of home economics teachers in favor of the most in years of experience and the highest in the academic degree, and the results of the research confirmed the existence of differences in the direction of the household economics teachers towards the requirements of the the professional learning community in a society, and in light of the results, Designing a proposed concept for a training program to develop the professional performance of the home economics teacher in light of the TPACK model and the requirements of the professional learning community, and applying the program to a sample T There are 30 experimental teachers who have recently graduated, and the results of the application have resulted in the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing the professional performance of the home economics teacher in light of the TPACK model and the requirements of the professional learning community, and the application of the program on an experimental sample of (30 recent graduated teachers). The results of the application resulted in the effectiveness of The proposed program in developing the professional performance of the home economics teacher in the light of the TPACK at a level of statistical significance of 0.01, in favor of the post application, and the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing the trend towards the requirements of the professional learning community for the home economics teacher at a level of 0.01 statistical significance in favor of the post application, the effectiveness of the program and the effectiveness of the program The proposal in developing the trend towards the requirements of the professional learning community for the home economics parameter at a level of statistical significance of 0.01 in favor of the post application.
