This research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between The Practices of Strategic Leadership and the Quality of Working Life on the Governmental universities in the middle of Delta. The research also aims to identify the impact of The Practices of Strategic Leadership on the Quality of Working Life on the governmental universities in the middle of the Delta, as well as identifying are there statistically significant differences between the averages of respondents' responses regarding their views on the levels of strategic leadership practices applying and the levels of quality of career applying in the governmental universities in the middle of Delta according to their demographic characteristics. the research community is represented by university leaders (academic leaders _ administrative leaders) in the governmental universities in the middle of Delta and their count is 1427. The researcher pulled a random stratified sample and its strength was (303) singular to fulfill the survey list. To achieve the research objectives, a set of hypotheses was tested using a set of statistical methods. The results of the statistical analysis resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are: There is a moral correlation relationship between all strategic leadership practices and all dimensions of quality of working life in the governmental universities in the middle of Delta, and there is also a significant effect between strategic leadership practices on the quality of working life in the governmental universities in the middle of Delta, and also there is Statistically significant differences between the averages of the respondents' responses with regard to their views on the levels of strategic leadership practices applying and the levels of quality of career applying according to their demographic characteristics in the governmental universities in the middle of Delta.
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية وجودة الحياة الوظيفية في الجامعات الحكومية بوسط الدلتا، وكذلك التعرف على تأثير ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية على جودة الحياة الوظيفية في الجامعات الحكومية بوسط الدلتا وهل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بآرائهم حول مستويات تطبيق ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية ومستويات تطبيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية في الجامعات الحكومية بوسط الدلتا وفقا خصائصهم الديموجرافية، ويتمثل مجتمع البحث من القيادات الجامعية (قيادات أكاديمية - قيادات إدارية) في الجامعات الحكومية بوسط الدلتا ويبلغ عددهم 1427 وقام الباحث بسحب عينة عشوائية طبقية وكان قوامها (303) مفردة لاستيفاء قائمة الاستقصاء، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم اختبار مجموعة من الفروض باستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية. وأسفرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي عن مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوي بين جميع ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية وجميع أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية في الجامعات الحكومية بوسط الدلتا، وكما يوجد تأثير معنوي بين ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية على جودة الحياة الوظيفية في الجامعات الحكومية بوسط الدلتا، وأيضا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بآرائهم حول مستويات تطبيق ممارسات القيادة الاستراتيجية ومستويات تطبيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية وفقا خصائصهم الديموجرافية في الجامعات الحكومية بوسط الدلتا.
