المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على دور إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي في الشركات العامة لمخابز القاهرة الكبرى، ومعرفة مدى توفر المتطلبات الأساسية اللازمة لتطبيق إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في الشركات، وأثرها على تحسين الأداء فيها. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من كل موظفي الشركة (رؤساء الأقسام ومدراء إداريين وعاملين)، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها أن عملية إعادة تصميم وتسهيل العمليات الإدارية عبر تطبيق مبادئ إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية تساهم بنسبة 69.01% في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي في الشركة، وبينت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية إيجابية قوية بين تطبيق مبادئ إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية وتحسين الأداء المؤسسي، حيث أنه كلما دعمت وتبنت الشركة تطبيق هذه المبادئ كلما ساهم ذلك في تحسين مستوى الأداء المؤسسي فيها.

The aim of this research is to identify the role of administrative process re¬engineering in improving institutional performance in the general company of Greater Cairo Bakeries, and to know the availability of the basic requirements necessary to implement the re-engineering of administrative processes in the company, and its impact on improving performance in it. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the research sample consisted of all company employees (department heads, administrative managers, and workers), and the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, he study reached a set of results, including that the process of redesigning and facilitating administrative processes by applying the principles of re-engineering of administrative processes contributes by 69,01% to improving institutional performance in the company, and the study showed a strong positive relationship between applying principles of re-engineering of administrative processes and improving performance The institutional, as the more the company supports and adopts the application of these principles, the more it contributes to improving the level of institutional performance.
