المستخلص: This study aims to reveal the role of some educational institutions (primary schools) in disseminating traffic culture for children studying in the fifth grade of primary school in El Oued Province. It also seeks to identify the most prominent obstacles that stand in the way of achieving the dissemination of this culture within educational institutions. In order to test the hypotheses of the study, a questionnaire was applied to 146 students in the fifth grade of primary school in El Oued, and a question was directed to the teachers of the fifth grade about the obstacles. The study resulted in the following:
- Primary school does not contribute significantly to the dissemination of traffic culture for children studying the fifth grade of primary school.
- There are many obstacles that prevent the primary school from contributing to the dissemination of traffic culture.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور بعض المؤسسات التربوية (المدارس الابتدائية) في نشر الثقافة المرورية للأطفال المتمدرسين في السنة الخامسة ابتدائي بولاية الوادي. والتعرف على أبرز المعوقات التي تقف حائلا دون تحقيق نشر هذه الثقافة داخل المؤسسات التربوية. ومن أجل اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم تطبيق استبيان على 146 متمدرس بالسنة الخامسة ابتدائي بمدينة الوادي. وتوجيه سؤال لمعلمي السنة الخامسة حول المعوقات وأسفرت النتائج على ما يلي:
- إن المدرسة الابتدائية لا تسهم بدرجة عالية في نشر الثقافة المرورية للأطفال المتمدرسين في السنة الخامسة ابتدائي.
- توجد معوقات كثيرة تقف حائلا دون إسهام المدرسة الابتدائية في نشر الثقافة المرورية.


Cette étude vise à révéler le rôle de certains établissements d'enseignement (écoles primaires) dans la propagation de la culture de la circulation pour les enfants scolarisés dans la cinquième année de l'état de l'enseignement primaire de la ville d'eloued. Et d'identifier les principaux obstacles qui se dressent un obstacle à la réalisation de la publication de cette culture dans les établissements d'enseignement.
Afin de tester les hypothèses de l'étude ont été appliquées un questionnaire à 146 élèves l'école primaire cinquième année dans la ville d'eloued. Et diriger une question aux enseignants de la cinquième année sur les obstacles.
- Et il a donné les résultats suivants: L'école primaire ne contribuent fortement au déploiement de la culture de la circulation pour les enfants scolarisés dans la cinquième année primaire.
-Il existe de nombreux obstacles se dressent sur le chemin sans la contribution de l'école primaire dans la diffusion de la culture de la circulation..
