المستخلص: تعد المخطوطات واحدة أهم عناصر التراث الثقافي لكل أمة والتي تحتضن بين صفحاتها القيمة معلومات تاريخية، دينية، ولغوية، وعلمية وغيرها من المعلومات المختلفة الأساسية والمهمة بالنسبة إلى المكان والزمنان التي كتبت فيهما، كما تعد هذه المخطوطات تحفة فنية نادرة باعتبارها أحد المصادر الأساسية لدنيا العلوم والفنون. أغلبية المخطوطات سواء كانت تركية أو عربية كتبت في العهدين السلجوقي والعثماني فأنها حملت أثاراً لغوية وأدبية متنوعة تستخدم ضمن مساحات جغرافية واسعة امتدت مع امتداد فتوحات الإمبراطورية العثمانية من أواسط أسيا إلى أوروبا الوسطى، ومن أقصى جنوب شمال أفريقيا وشبه الجزيرة العربية إلى جبال أورال. ونظراً لسعة وأهمية هذا الموضوع فقد تطرقت فيه على أحد الدواوين المكتوبة بالقرن السادس عشر محققة الجانب اللغوي في إحدى أقسامها (بندنامه) بمعنى (النصيحة) متبعة أسلوباً تحليلياً لغوياً مفهوماً.

Manuscripts are considered as one of most important factors of the cultural heritage of any nation state. Within their precious pages, they hold historical, religious and scientific information as well as other various basic and important information concerning their place and time of writing. These manuscripts are a rare artistic masterpiece as they are of the basic sources for the world of science and arts. Most of these writing were written during the Seljuk and the Ottoman eras. In the writings which were written during the Ottoman era, there are different Linguistic and Literary effects which are used in wide geographic areas that extend along the Ottoman Empire starting from Middle Asia to Middle Europe, and from far south of North of Africa and the Arabian Peninsula to Ural Mountains. Considering the capacity and the importance of the manuscripts, I have tackled, in my current research, one of the divans written during the fourteenth century. This divan is the Divan of Usuli. I investigated the linguistic aspect in one its sections, i.e. (Pendname) which means advice, by adopting a comprehensible analytical linguistic style.
