|a استهدفت الدراسة قياس تأثير تكامل سلسلة التوريد في العلاقة بين المرونة الاستراتيجية والأداء اللوجيستي بالتطبيق على شركات التصنيع الزراعي العاملة في جمهورية مصر العربية، حيث قام الباحث بتطبيق دراسته على عدد 125 شركة تعمل في محافظات القاهرة والدقهلية والإسماعيلية، ومن خلال جمع البيانات الأولية من عدد 419 مفردة استطاع الباحث بناء نموذج هيكلي اتضح من خلاله وجود تأثير معنوي مباشر لمتغير المرونة الإستراتيجية على تكامل سلسلة التوريد؛ حيث بلغت قيمة معامل التأثير ما نسبته 64%، ووجود تأثير معنوي مباشر لتكامل سلسلة التوريد على الأداء اللوجيستي وصلت قيمته نحو 1.25، وأن التأثير المباشر للمرونة الإستراتيجية على الأداء اللوجيستي غير دال إحصائيا، كذلك ثبت أن التأثير غير المباشر للمتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع في وجود المتغير الوسيط أنه دال إحصائيا وبمعامل تأثير قوى بلغت نسبته نحو 81.6 % وتبين أن الوساطة كلية مما يعنى الأهمية البالغة لتكامل سلسلة التوريد في زيادة المرونة الاستراتيجية لتحسين الأداء اللوجيستي للشركات العاملة في مجال التصنيع الزراعي في مصر.

|b The study aimed to measure the effect of supply chain integration on the relationship between strategic flexibility and logistical performance by applying to agricultural manufacturing companies operating in Egypt, where the researcher applied his study to 125 companies in the governorates of Cairo, Dakahlia and Ismailia, and by collecting initial data from 419 individuals, he was able The researcher constructed a structural model through which he reached the existence of a direct significant effect of the strategic flexibility variable on the integrity of the supply chain. The value of the impact factor was 64%. And the presence of a direct significant effect of the integration of the supply chain on the logistical performance, its value reached about 1.25, and that the direct effect of the strategic flexibility on the logistic performance is not significant, as well as it has been proven that the indirect effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable in the presence of the mediating variable proved to be a statistically significant effect with a strong influence factor of Its rate is about 81.6%, and mediation was found to be holistic, which means the great importance of supply chain integration in increasing strategic flexibility to improve the logistical performance of companies operating in the field of agricultural industrialization in Egypt.
